The property charged and settled the deposit on my CC. When I called I was told 5 to7 days and then I was put on hold. I have never had any hotel charge my card all the way through. Just put a hold on the funds. Because of this, i wont stay again.

The hotel had a nice pool area that I did not use. The web site said breakfast. Breakfast was watery apple juice, coffee and a few pastries wrapped in cellophane. I took 2 bites of one and threw it away. The TV was not synced with the remote control. For example the guide would list a certain channel and when I clicked on it it brought up a totally different channel. The volume control would not decrease volume from the default setting which was too loud. I asked at the desk to fix it but it was not fixed when I came back to the room. I have stayed in a number of La Quinta properties and this was by far the worst one. It does not even deserve the brand name. the lighting in the room was too dim to read a newspaper at night.

The front desk at check in was super helpful. The room however had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the bottom of the bathtub was like a water-bed, the person in the room next to us had his TV on all night, and he had friends come over and tried to get into our room thinking it was his. Overall not the best stay just in terms of the rooms/safety.
