This was a nice resort although the facilities were not great. We wanted to play tennis but that was €15 per session and it’s only for a few hours during the day. Also there was no one there to provide the rackets and ball. There are no kettles or coffee/tea facilities in the room or anywhere else, so that was very annoying. The good thing were the private beaches and free watersport facilities.

The restraunt for breakfast was infested with wasps, which were crawl over the food. I paid for a trip to a restraunt for authenic sardinian food, the cost 160EU for 4 adults. The trip was postponed twice the cancelled and they never reimbursed my money. I have provided evidence and texted them multiple times but nothing.

Great place & staff
Once I was there I really got in love with the romantic cottage surrounded by trees and not far from the rocky beach. Smells and colors were unforgettable during the first week of September. The room was wide and very clean, I didn't use the tv so I don't know which type of channels you can see on it. I had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant Sa Gana: very good choice of local and international products and meals. I enjoyed very much the daily fresh squeezed orange juice and carrots one, the pastas and fishes. Despite of being a very big resort (more than 2000 guests) the quality standards are still high.

Cottage area - well done!
We are USA and traveling with older parents. We picked this due to proximity to Ocean side of Gennargentu National Park hikes. We have been to Italy many times and never have experienced a large, many options Resort. We lucked out and were in the Cottage area (close to the beach, larger, better breakfast). The place has snorkeling, kayak, SUP, many beach areas with bars, all neatly coordinated with the surroundings. They bought the entire tip of a peninsula and developed it all at once. No cars. You walk short distances and take the BoBoi for longer. They have an outdoor weight lifting area, tennis, kid pool area, fun showed every night. We had free breakfast and paid for supper. the food was outstanding only at the cottage area (25€) - (one other area was very average (20€). Instead of eating in town, we stayed on site it was so delicious and beautiful. Check-in was efficient, but a bit bewildering as we didn't know how large the resort was (after a few hours of getting settled in we loved the size). It was quiet in areas and hopping in areas - you choose. (We find they don't weed the gardens in Sardinia very well, however, the plantings where extensive. We loved our experience. I might avoid peak season (we were there in September)

Resort in Sardinia...with a rocky beach!
THE RESORT is very isolated and difficult to navigate unless you have a car. We did have a car but cannot be used onsite and the on site transportation is lengthy. There is no beach to speak of but a rocky beach not convenient to kids. We reserved a 2-bed rooms Cottage by the water at about 700 euros at night. The accommodations were just ok for the price but the most terrible things is that the air conditioning broke every night. The managers did nothing to solve the problem or unwilling to supply any kind of fans. With 100 degrees temperatures going to sleep was impossible. On the last night, we lost power altogether and the management response was: "we can give you a spa voucher"..Really? we are leaving and we are offered a SPA voucher?

Lovely resort
Had a lovely time at Arbatax with my family (2 young kids). Swimmingpools are great and food was very good. Although salads and vegetables remained the same, there were different pastas, meat and fish dishes every night. The house wine you get with the meal is also really nice. Overall a great holiday and will be back.

Superb family resort
We had rooms with sea view and then you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The garden is nice landscaped and the hotel has privates coves and a sand beach which makes swimming a wonderful experience. The hotel has several pools for people preferring not to swim in the sea. For families with children there are lots of activities. The hotel is very family friendly. Food was nice and diversified. Also the spa is very nice and the therapists were very professional and friendly. I found the staff very friendly, speaking multiple languages and very attentive.

A really great resort!
We have really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I have stayed with my wife. The staff was very helpful. There was wide variety of food and most of the dishes were very delicious. The room was not very special (we had classic room) but tidy. You can find many activities here such as stand up paddle, tennis, table tennis, football, archery, spa, gym and more. Territory of the hotel is very large, there is a wonderful natural park with amazing seascapes.

Beautiful views
Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms (great beds!). Predominantly Italian and French guests. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. We arrived late and got allocated a room next to the main pool and bar area which was very noisy (Italian singer till 1am) so we asked to be moved the next day and the hotel staff were great and found us another room within 2 hours which was then perfect.

Loved The Beachside Cottage!
This hotel was amazing, and massive! We booked a Cottage, which was spacious, and we loved the decor. Arbatax Park has so much to offer, so many restaurants, so many pools and beachside nooks, nightly entertainment, pharmacy, everything you could ever need or imagine, like its own little village tucked away in a beautiful park. My fiance and I had the best time renting a rubber boat ("Noleggio Gommoni")at the excursions desk just outside of our cottage, and spent the whole day just the 2 of us boating the beautiful coast of Ogliastra, the boat was easy to drive and the experience was unforgettable. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Прекрасный отель!!! Мы жили в Arbatax Park Cottege! Удивительный райский уголок, бережно сохраненной природы заповедника Bellavista! Бирюзовое, теплое морем, удивительно живописным скалистым пляжем, прекрасной территорией и необычными сардинскими домиками! С чудесным зоопарком, приводящим в полный восторг детей!!! Каждый день в 5 вечера можно пойти на бесплатную экскурсию с ренджером по территории зоопарка, продолжительностью 1,5 часа! Фантастические виды, чудесные чистые ухоженные животные гуляющие по бесконечной территории, и в завершении вас угощают приготовленном на ваших глазах сыром рикота и вином - это конечно изумительно! Ежедневное путешествие на БОБОЕ ))) - большой открытой машине по территории, каждый раз как приятная прогулка! Вообще все сделано с большой любовью! Очень понравился сардинский национальный вечер который проводят в отеле каждую пятницу! Мы ужинали в ресторане Саган и даже не ожидали такого ОГРОМНОГО изобилия морепродуктов и рыбы ежедневно!!! Очень профессиональные шоу каждый вечер! Замечательнай анимационная команда – к слову 18 человек! Ведущая шоу Эмануэлла супер-профи - просто ОГОНЬ!!! :)) Здесь много и семей с детьми, и взрослых пар и молодежи! При этом никто не мешает отдыхать друг другу! Этому способствует ОГРОМНАЯ территория, уникальный рельеф и грамотная планировка комплекса. Вот такая реклама у меня получилась))) Но я искренне, с большим удовольствием и радостью пишу это!!! Снова хочется вернуться!! ОГРОМНОЕ спасибо Arbatax Park!!!

Il posto è magnifico e i cottage sono spaziosi puliti e ben climatizzati...manca il Wi-Fi in camera e non sono presenti ne una macchina per il caffè ne un bollitore...gravi pecche per un 4stelle. La precisazione più importante e condivisa anche da altri clienti conosciuti sul posto: la descrizione Cottage Resort non è corretta, ai limiti dell’ingannevole direi, infatti si tratta a tutti gli effetti di un Family Village, a partire dal famigerati “braccialetti” fino all’incontrastata scorribanda di bambini ovunque, anche nella piscina teoricamente relax riservata agli adulti dei cottage,

Gentile Ospite, grazie per il tempo trascorso a condividere la sua esperienza su Expedia. L'Hotel Cottage è uno dei 6 Hotel facenti parte dell'Arbatax Park Resort. Il nostro è un family Resort nel suo complesso ma ci sono Hotel che prediligono un target di coppie, come l'Hotel Dune, l'Hotel Cottage e l'Hotel Turri. L'Hotel Cottage quindi può ospitare anche famiglie, ma è presente la limitazione per la piscina relax che è indicata principalmente per gli adulti. La presenza di bambini nella piscina relax è rara e concordata con al direzione in base alle esigenze dei nostri Ospiti. Il wifi è presente in tutte le aree comuni come Reception, Ristoranti, Bar, ecc.. Siamo contenti che lei abbia apprezzato il nostro Resort e le camere. Speriamo di poterla accogliere in futuro. Dejligt men dyrt Resort, der trænger til er løft
Generelt dejlige omgivelser med flere strande, smukke buske og træer. Super god restaurant med god variation i udbud af maden. Dejlig park med mulighed for at se mange dyr. Personalet var ikke særlig velinformerede eller effektive og de fleste taler eller forstår ikke engelsk. Sengene er hårde at ligge i. Alt er dyrt !! Og der er for langt, hvis man gerne vil gå ud at spise uden for resortet.

Eine riesige Anlage mit wunderschönem Pool und sehr grossem und gepflegten Garten! Der Strand ist einfach traumhaft, pedalo und Kajak waren für die Hotelgäste gratis zum brauchen! Le cadre est joli, le personnel très bien, mais le lit est affreux, matelas trop ferme. Cottage (763) bruyant car adossé au local poubelle et remise de materiel et le bruit frequent des portes coulissantes manipulées par le personnel à toute heure était gênant.

Für Familien OK.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und für Familien perfekt geeignet. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in der Suite im Cottage verbracht. Leider entsprach die Beschreibung auf der Booking-Seite nicht den Tatsachen. Uns wurde eine Suite mit eigenem, privatem Strandbereich versprochen. Beim Check-in wurde dies noch einmal speziell betont. Tatsächlich hatten wir eine tolle Suite mit Sitzplatz und Garten und einer Treppe die direkt zum Zugeteilten Strandbereich führt. Jedoch habem wir es in 2 Wochennur einmal geschafft, dort einen Platz zu ergattern. Der Bereich war ständig von den übrigen Gästen besetzt, die vom „öffentlichen“ Strand her über die Felden kraxelten und die Plätze wohl schon bei Sonnenaufgang besetzten. Unsere bescheidene Anfrage, man möge uns bitte zwei Liegestühle in den zur Suite gehörenden Garten stellen, wurde abgelehnt. Wir haben einen stolzen Preis für die Suite bezahlt und konnten unseren Platz am Strand nicht nutzen, weil dieser von Gästen belegt war, die wahrscheinlich nur halb so viel bezahlt haben und problemlos am öffentlichen Strand Platz gefunden hätten. Stattdessen mussten wir ausweichen. Die Ablehnung der Zur-Verfügungstellung von 2 Liegestühlen für den Garten konnten wir nicht insofern ganz nachvollziehen. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt OK. Wir hätten uns für die Flitterwochen jedoch mehr Aufmerksamkeit und etwas mehr Gediegenheit gewünscht.

Servicen var bra. Stort område och många pooler. Den tropiska barnpoolen var jättefin. Små steniga stränder vid hotellet men 10 minuter därifrån fanns längre sandstränder. Det sämsta var att aircon på rummet lät som ett tröskverk på nätterna oavsett hur msn försökte ställa in den. Sängarna var fruktansvärt hårda. Vi hörde gäser be om filtar att ligga på för att försöka göra det mjukare. En annan nedsida var att det bara fanns bufférestauranger, ingen a la carte.

Not what we expected
We expected tranquillity and some privacy. We did not know this place was a charter hotel so we were very surprised when we arrived. Helpful staff made sure we got our money back so we left the first day. Surroundings was almost as pictured online. Really picturesque. but the beaches we tried was not suited for small children. Thank you to staff which was understanding and helpful.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Da die Gärtner während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts direkt vor unserer Unterkunft an Bäumen gesägt haben, liess die Ruhe etwas zu wünschen übrig. Alle beschriebenen Restaurants bieten nur Buffets an. Da dies nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach, mussten wir auf Eigenversorgung umsteigen. Das Städtchen war zu Fuss für einen Ausflug zum Nachtessen einfach zu weit weg. Die Animation war teilweise etwas zu aufdringlich. Die gesamte Konsumation (auch Kiosk) wird über eine Zahlkarte, welche nur mit Bargeld geladen werden kann, abgewickelt. Dumm nur, wenn der einzige Geldautomat - ganz unten beim Haupteingang - nicht funktioniert. Die Strände und die Poolanlagen sind einwandfrei und sehr zu empfehlen. Dafür, dass man sein eigenes Fahrzeug im Eingangsbereich zurücklassen muss, hat es extrem viel Verkehr mit Mofas, Golfcarts, Autos und Pickups vom Personal und das den ganzen Tag. Das WLAN Signal kam nicht bis zu unserem Cottage, deshalb mussten wir unsere Infos jeweils während dem Morgenessen oder an der Hotelbar holen.

Ritornati quest'anno ma nel Cottage, decisamente buona la sistemazione ed il resort nel suo complesso. Nota un po' deludente il personale del bar che appariva freddo e non molto disponibile con la clientela. Nel complesso una buona permanenza.

Pas facile de se retrouver. aménagement de l’hôtel en pente, du coup il faut marcher 15 minutes pour arriver au parking ou attendre une navette (mini train) qui arrive toutes les 30 minutes. Chambre mal insonorisée voir pas insonorisée du tout. On entendait tout mais vraiment tout. Les sanitaires étaient dans un état indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Et l'odeur de renfermé mélangé à celle du moisie Petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix Bref si vous souhaitez visiter la région mieux vaut vous orienter vers une autre adresse

Zimmer war etwas dunkel. Alle Zimmerfenster zu den Durchgangswegen, somit keine Privatsphäre. Ein Hotel für Familien besser geeignet. Club-All-inklusive Athmosphäre. Anmerkung, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit :-)
