“Very Impressed”
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant buffet style breakfast and dinner was also very extensive and good quality. Even my fussy son enjoyed his meals. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and intend to use it again myself.
“Trip to Spain”
The hotel is located conveniently next to a theme park and beach. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfasts were nice because there is a big buffet selection to choose from.
“séjour trés agréable”
le seul inconvenient que nous avons rencontré, c'est la qualité du service (trés long)aux différents bars cafeteria (interieur et piscine),où le personnel (barmans,barmaides,serveurs et serveuses), prenaient un malin plaisir à nous faire "poiroter" ou à faire comme s'ils ne nous comprenaient pas avant de prendre notre commande. Je précise que nous avions pris la formule "tout inclus" et que le service était plus rapide pour les personnes qui réglaient leurs "conso" à chaque commande. Félicitation par contre à tout le personnel du restaurant,de la réception,de l'entretion des chambres et de "l'animacion"
“Un bon hôtel”
Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en demi-pension du 17 au 24 Mai et nous avons bien apprécié cet hotel. Le personnel est très sympathique et compétent, les chambres sont très propres, le buffet repas est de bonne qualité, l'hotel est moderne et bien situé par rapport à Port Aventura, la mer et les commerces. Quelques défauts sont à noter cependant : l'isolation phonique des chambres est plutôt moyenne, la literie des chambres est molle (mal de dos), la salle de restaurant fait un peu "cantine", lors des repas, les boissons sont payantes et il est un peu dommage que l'on ne nous offre même pas une carafe d'eau (même l'eau est payante). Mais tant au niveau de l'accueil, de la propreté et de l'emplacement de cet hôtel, ce dernier est à conseiller tout de même !!!!
“Not much free services”
The hotel seems relatively new and clean. However most services are to be paid: mini-safe rental, private car parking (street parking is free), cot bed (first time in 3 years of travelling with children (and more than 10 hotels accross the world) that this service is not free!), towel for the indoor pool. Free dinner comes with no free drinks at all(not even water), no towel provided for the outdoor pool (which boosts about 10 parasols in total). I wasn't expected all these extra charges as they are not mentioned on the hotel description so was quite disappointed. In addition the food from the buffet (breakfast and dinner) is not very varied and not always great, which is again disappointing for a foodie country like Spain. Not impressed really
“never ever stay in this hotel”
The staff in reception of this hotel was shouting at us.
