The pool was ok - nothing special, looked amazing in the pics but not to standard for me. Food was below average and the staff never looked happy. The room has a smell

The rooms was really modern and up to date plus clean .The pools was good the kids pool was a bit dirty looking but this hotel was to over crowded and not enough staff on the one bar they had. They couldn't keep up with the demand. The staff worked really hard but it was just the amount of people there. The food was edible and plenty of choice but big queues again .

best hotel ever my kids had great fun.
best hotel i will recommend to any family with kids . my kids had great fun in here . The good location food very delicious its a buffet with lot of choices.

The hotel is newly refurbished with really nice design. My only dissapointment is the cleanliness of the hotel, which is very upsetting as it is something that could be done with better management. The shower area in the rooms is dirty, the glasses in the restaurant are not properly washed, the pool area is smelly and dirty. The meals were mixed and very tasty, my only comment being that there could have been chicken option on daily basis, as their chicken meals were fantastic. The evening programme was avarage, but they have day entertainment, such as free kayaking, foam party, train rides, etc. Plus, kids room is not tucked somewhere in the corner as in the most pf the hotels, but looks directly into kids pool area, which is very convenient. The clientèle of the hotel was loud and without manners, therefore, although overall happy with the hotel, wouldn't go back.

Couldn’t check in on time as the room wasn’t ready, when given our room 606 ( on 6th floor after requesting a low floor) , it was dirty the walls were filthy, stains on bed covers and dust all over the floor , reception was most unhelpful and told to come back after 3pm when management was in , went back after 3pm he said come back after 5pm , finally moved to the 7th floor room 707 much better but still not a 4 star quality hotel, meals were cold even when your first in the que

Good hotel, wish the area was the same.
The hotel was great, apart from asking for a plastic cup while waiting to transfer back to airport and was not allowed one as I had checked out !! The area is very tired and I feel in need of updating. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful, no complaints on that side of things. Plenty of room outside as 3 pools with room for seating and sunbeds.

Good clean and cheap, food was good for the 3 star rating Sauna and jacuzzi were broken and sealed off not informed and disappointed as this was a factor in booking this hotel Bathrooms needed deep clean and make over, shower had to be hand held all the time

enjoy my stay although the sound proof of the hotel was very poor you can hear doors banging especially when you a trying to go to sleep. I was very very very disappointed when I arrive at the airport, I did ask from Gatwick at easy jet staff about the transfer they said it will be ok easy to get to the hotel, when I arrive easy jet desk was close no way to contact them. I have to take a taxi and spent all my spending money £60 and 70euro on a 60km journey and was very scare arrive after 1 hrs 20 mins .that was 3hrs after my flight landed very disappointed.t

Room had balcony but railings made from upvc which did nt feel safe. Breakfast a joke overcooked plastised eggs. Synthethic cheeses. Whole tomatoes not sliced next to bread toaster 3ruro charge daily for wifi doesn t connect only good thing was staff made every efforts to keep it going i guess

A very nice Hotel
Having intended to stay one week at the Oasis Park Callela Costa Brava I booked an additional week. I felt relaxed the manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and bright the food is an excellent buffet 3 times a day. I booked on an all inclusive type of booking. No restrictions what so ever. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It made my holiday.

Just spent 5 nights here.Room was excellent and cleaned daily.Food was edible and lots of choices available .Plenty entertainment only one minus was the grey haired barman who was anything but pleasant.Rest of the hotel staff were great.Would go back again.

Excellent value for money
Refurbished room, which was comfortable. good variety of food choices always replenished promptly. The card system for the bar sounded complicated from reviews however in practice it was simple and efficient, with very little wait even at the busiest times. The entertainment staff worked very hard but with so few children and most adults wanting just to chill had their work cut out but remained enthusiastic. The train to Barcelona takes about an hour and worth a day out at least

Séjour en famille avec surtout la piscine pour les enfants qui est très bien toboggans et univers pirates mais eau assez trouble à noter que l'hôtel fait ce qu'il peut mais beaucoup d'incivilités de la part des clients. L'équipe d'animation est très bien mais au final nous ne pouvons pas laisser les enfants au miniclub seuls donc pas de temps libre pour les parents. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses bien que j'ai retrouvé un faux ongle dans mes draps donc ça pose des questions sur l'hygiène. Les repas sont très bien et variés avec quelques aliments de bases comme pâtes, pizzas et frites c'est un buffet et il y a environ 200 personnes donc oui c'est bruillant mais c'est logique. Le rapport qualité prix reste correct au prix proposé difficile de trouver beaucoup mieux ailleurs pour un séjour réservé 1 semaine avant. Pour le parking il faut savoir qu'il est payant et le coût est élevé et les places en villes sont quasi impossible à trouver lorsqu'on en trouve une on ne bouge plus du coup ça nous limite à rester sur place c'est un peu frustrant.

Bon séjour en général , hôtel calme proche centre ville et mer ; il faut éviter les poussettes et landau ds l’hôtel car pb d ascenseur bcp d attente , parking chers et galère pr se garer autour de l hôtel , buffet digne d une cantine et non d un hôtel resto 4 étoiles ; frigo ds chambre ne rafraîchit pas les aliments .
