“Comfort and Style”
I was pleasantly surprised by the style of this establishment. Perfectly located within walking distance of the business district, a range of good restuarants and 5 minutes from the old city. It was great to come back after a day of exploration to relax in the stylish comfort and staff were very helpful and friendly.
“Good experience in Girona”
Perfect location, very nice hotel, fantastic breakfast. For me, the hotel was perfectly situated at the edge of the old city, but also in the middle of great restaurants, newer parks, the train station, and shopping. The breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were ever so up-to-date and comfortable. Breakfast area/restaurant was extremely pretty -- nice start for a day.
“Modern Experience!”
Very, very sleek and modern. Great location, friendly staff, comfy robes and slippers. Breakfast not included, but close to many cafes and estaurants. Really enjoyed our stay, was a welcome pleasure after a long flight.
“More like 5 star than 4 star”
This hotel is bright and modern and sits between the old and new parts of Girona. It's handy for all the bars and restaurants. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. We'll be back again soon.
“Very good location”
Good hotel with an excellent location. One minute walk to river, ramblas and placa independenzia where you can watch the world go by with a sherry, beer and tapas or larger meals if required. Hotel staff very helpful with excellent English and a 'hola' every time you walk into the hotel. Modern bright rooms, really comfortable beds. Restaurant good value for money but I don't know why they do not display the menu in the hotel reception. You have to go out the door and round the corner to the outside entrance to the reataurant, even though you can walk from the reception/small bar area to the restaurant. Cava for breakfast is an unusual way to start the day! Free mini bar is a good idea. It contained 2 bottles of water, 2 orange fantas, one cola and one beer. All 33cl bottles but just there if you need them. Well worth the money for a few days. Highly recommended.
“Nice Modern Hotel”
Clean, well-kept-up, and quiet. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. The room I got was perfect; very modern and pretty big for a European hotel. There's a high-class restaurant downstairs, and a big plaza with tons of excellent food choices just around the corner. It turns out the plaza is a frequent location for the local castell (human tower) folks to practice, you might see them climbing up 4 or 5 people high if you're there on a weekend evening. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Girona.
“Smart, comfortable hotel in excellent location for sightseeing - highly recommended”
Stylish, spacious bedroom & showerroom. Very clean and uncluttered but with everything you might need. Large comfortable bed afforded an excellent night's sleep. Reception staff appeared friendly and helpful with good spoken english. The restaurant menu looked good and not expensive compared with other local offerings. However we opted to eat out as we wanted to experience as much of Gerona as possible on our flying visit. The hotel was ideally located for walking round the old town. The city walls are a must. If you have a car there is plenty of free parking under the elevated railway 2 blocks to the west.
“brilliant hotel”
We were really looking forward to our break. Your staff were very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay The Hotel is extremely central for shops cafes and the sights alike. I would recommend this hotels to all my friends
“Friendly little hotel”
Nice hotel about 10 minutes' stroll from the old town and 15 from the train/bus station - easy to do with a single bag. The hotel has wifi throughout but reception was poor in my room so they were happy to lend me a cable. Room service is not 24 hours but there is no tray charge - such a refreshing change after staying in lots of hotels in the USA.
“A great hotel in a great city”
The Cuitat is a great little hotel within a minute of the main shopping area and the medieval streets. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there's plenty of options nearby. Parking is a bit pricey but is in a secure underground car park nearby. Girona is a really nice city with a relaxed atmosphere and if I ever return I'm sure that I would stay at this hotel.
