“Good location”

Average older hotel. Good location. Office and breakfast, (be it ever so humble), supposed to open at 6am but still not open at 7 on my last day.

“You get what you pay for...”

You get what you pay for, absolutely nothing more. The contenential breakfast was in the very small lobby and just a few muffins cut in half, some bananas and coffee or orange juice. The lobby was packed with three people in it. The room smelled of cigarette smoke ( I requested a non-smoking room). The man in the office said he had been there six years and was sure no one had smoked in the room in that time. Other rooms had a "Non-Smoking Room" sign on the outside but the room I was given did not. I was offered another room but I had no expections it would be any better. The bathroom door would not shut and the wi-fi had minimal reception. If you just want an inexpensive place to sleep, this will work.

“good, but nothing special”

if you are looking for a roof over your head, this is the place. nothing more. cheap rates are lived up to in the quality of the place and the location, but it was what i needed so it was fine. little bit of traffic noise in the morning.

“OK”

It was OK, Clean, and decent. It took sometime to figure out how to turn on the heat and TV. My 16 year old son did not feel safe and it negatively colored his view of Corvallis and OSU.

“Low budget hotel - but clean.”

It is a low budget motel but it's clean and everything worked. No hairdryer or iron/ironing board in the room. But there was a fridge & microwave. Bed was extremely firm.

“Ok for one night”

It was a busy day in Corvallis - start of college, an outdoor festival, a football game...the town was packed, the prices jacked up...way up. After giving us a room that hadn't been cleaned, they made good by giving us an "upgraded" room - they definitely get credit for that. What appeared to be one housekeeper was overworked, the details were missed such as emptying common area trash. Our upgraded room came with a coffee maker, and a mini kitchen area, microwave, fridge and sink, but no cups, spoons, bowls...no coffee, no fake creamer even. It was a place to sleep and shower and nothing else. So - in a pinch, it'll work, if that's not what you need, reserve early for next year so you're not left with out choices.

“Too expensive for the quality”

This motel was very run down and our bathroom door didn't close due to the door frame being warped. Internet connection was very slow. Sink faucet was leaky. Mattress did not have a fitted sheet, only a flat sheet draped over it so if you rolled over at night the sheet came off immediately. Would not recommend. Not worth the money.

“Ok for one night”

Old interior. You can hear the neighbor through the walls. For one-night-stay ok.

“I do not recommend this hotel.”

I would not stay there again. Everything about the room was unfortunate. I would have moved to another hotel if there had been any vacancies.
