Definitely a budget hotelPosted 30-Sep-2013
Cons: Hotel needs a makeover,
Location: Convenient for Mesa Verde National Park.
A rather tired hotel, right on a busy road, Staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was OK.

It's all about the beds for mePosted 6-Aug-2013 on Hotels.com
Comfortable beds make a good nights sleep. I didn't hear any foot traffic noise above nor on the same floor either. Good stay!

We were traveling across country and we had a little dog. Must say the front desk man was so very nice and helpful even as busy as he was. Room was what we expected for the price. I would recommend for an overnight stay.
