“Has seen better times”

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Needs updating. A large hotel spreadout but seemed empty. There is a swimming pool but we didn't use it as we were passing thru. Had a good breakfast with alot of variety. Not the top of line which at one time it looked like it could have been but met our needs for the night.

“A comfortable stop over”

Rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There is no restaurant but it is only a short drive to Sedona. There's a nice pool but no elevator which is a pain if you have to carry heavy bags. It is a good place to stop over for a couple of days and explore Red Rock country.

“Good room, not best location”

The room was nice and clean. They had a good continental breakfast and a computer room that you can use to check your e-mail etc if you did not bring a laptop which was nice. It is a bit far down from Mesa Verde Park, however. There are other hotels that are much closer. This hotel was nice, but it is surrounded by car dealerships.

“pleasantly surprised”

This two night stay was just what we were hoping for - no frills, just very quiet, clean rooms. Basic breakfast service was a good way to start the day. Nice hot showers and cool air conditioning after a long hot day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Uninviting at First Glance; But Great Service!”

At first glance, wondered if this was the place we had booked on the internet. Exterior shows its age, and is uninviting. Typically, one would drive on to the next place. However, glad we took a chance. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. Rooms small, but clean and comfortable. Would stay again, but would hope for some reinvestment in the property before then.

“Etape proche de Mesa Verde”

Plutôt une bonne surprise en comparant la réalité et les commentaires. Toutefois, c'est un motel simple mais les chambres sont propres et calmes et nous ne recherchions pas autre chose pour une nuit avant de rejoindre Moab. La ville de Cortez n'est pas touristique (on y vient pour dormir et repartir) à moins que certaines curiosités nous aient échappés.
