We stayed here for two nights and could not have been happier. Tamara and Chris made us very welcome. We were welcomed with a cup of tea which was very grateful after a long day of travelling. Only a few minutes walk to the town. Good size rooms. A great breakfast.

"Dorset Farm is in a lovely quiet rural location."
The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a very good base for exploring local places of interest in both Cornwall and Devon, such as Lydford Gorge, Tintagel, Boscastle, and Dartmoor. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and we treated ourselves to a meal at The Springer Spaniel on our final night. Dorset Farm was very peaceful and as well as touring, we enjoyed exploring the hotel's many acres of farmland which had stunning views and a hide overlooking the River Tamar.

I very rarely stay in a B&B before but I would certainly consider it more often alongside the bigger hotel brands out there in the future. That is thanks to Eden's rest who provided 5* hospitality.
The location of the B&B is in a quiet part of St Austell but is within reach of a number of Cornwall's attractions - 20 minute drive to Eden's Project, 45 minute drive to St Michael's Mount and 35 minute drive to Newquay to name a few of our ventures.
Ian, the cheerful chap who runs the place made my girlfriend and I feel right at home, literally. The room was great - spacious, comfy beds, clean and a pleasant romantic feel about it with the decor matching the room name "Rose". Breakfast was simple but good, cannot go wrong with a good English Breakfast and coffee to start your day! Bathroom, although not en suite was spacious and also clean.
Additional pluses include a driveway to park your car, internet access across the B&B, an eye candy garden and must I not forget... Alfie the Lapso and Sky the KC Spaniel. Adorable dogs and provided as much attention to their guests as Ian.
Thank you and if we are in Cornwall again, we shall return!

The hotel has a very original, comfortable and homely feel, with a touch of the exotic. The owners were very helpful, and VERY dog friendly! The breakfast was a good classic, and beautifully presented. Recommended!

We stayed here on the way back from a week in Cornwall to break the journey up. We would have loved to stay longer - the venue is so relaxing with beautiful grounds to explore.
The hosts couldn't do enough, and we had tea on the river veranda on arrival with amazing biscuits, then fudge in the room. Room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. They also helped us to find somewhere to eat and a local taxi, and we had a lovely meal out.
Minor point was that we booked a balcony room and it wasn't clear from the pictures or description that it would only be a Juliet balcony. It seems the real balcony that is available is shared with other rooms and not private.
Would definitely stay again.

Wadebridge B&B is an excellent, luxurious bed and breakfast located within a few minutes walk from the centre of Wadebridge. It is in a quiet road, has good parking and lovely views from the front room windows.
Our room, the Polzeath, was well equipped and furnished to a high standard. Both the bedroom and en-suite bathroom were spacious and it was pleasant to be able to sit on the balcony after a spot of sight-seeing. The availability of fresh milk and mineral water in a fridge on the landing near our room was a bonus. Breakfast was good with a good choice of well prepared dishes.
Steve, the owner understands the concept of hospitality. He is warm, welcoming and very helpful. This was our second visit and we look forward to staying here again, not least because it is good value for money.
