This place is a pleasant surprise. Doesn’t look thatgreaton the outside but the room was very clean, very modern and obviously recently updated. The staff was friendly and most pleasant to deal with. There is a vry large interior pool, very clean. We would happily stay again.

Reception is courteous and check in is quick. Both ladies offered information about the area. Calling us to inquire if we found everything alright a few minutes after we settled in our room is great. That's unique!

I checked in last night at around 8 pm. The girl in the front was superb until i got into my room. The room looked in a perfect condition. Then i went into bed for a nap and something bit me when i woke up it was a spider . So unproffesional and risky . I had a picture taken and video made

Bathroom fan (non-optional, wired to the lights) was unbearably noisy. Also, no safety grab bar in the tub for shower use, and no tub mat provided. Very unsafe. The number identifying the suite from the outside was missing a digit, so it was impossible to find the room from the outside. A lot of running around to get access. Cafeteria coffee was weak and tasteless. All this for $200.00 a night !

We were put directly above “permanent” residents with many kids running around the parking lot. We asked for ground floor because we had a dog but they were all “booked” up. Will not be using this hotel ever again.

Room not made up. Front desk claims that they asked us if we wanted house keep the next morning. (They did not asked us). Our room was not made up when wd came back from a long day out. Front desk claims they asked us and they did not. For future, have the front desk clerk to ask and make a note in the file if you want room made up or not. We have traveled extensively all over the world and this is a first.

The room itself was updated, comfortable and clean. There is not elevator at this hotel; and the staircase area had trash bags everywhere and some clothing from ‘guests?’ maybe.

I have a lot to say about how bad this hotel is. This is probably the second-worst hotel I ever stayed at and I travel a lot. The room stunk really bad. It was really musty - The floors felt wet the whole time. It was like there was a flood at one point and never dried out. - Stains on the floors. - TV didn't really work. It would work half the time - The bathroom door didn't close or lock - One of the sliding door lock was broken. Dogs barking from inside the rooms all night. - The room beside me had a dog. Just make a small noise and it will bark - It would also make whining noises all night. Overall the stay was really bad and everything I brought into the room was being washed. I am really scared if there are bed bugs. If everything was like this I wouldn't be surprised.

The outside on the sides and back need work. The rooms were OK. Appears to be either owned or managed by family. With lots of family visible inside and out as well as many kids hanging around the breakfast area as well as lobby with toys bikes etc. Would not recommend this hotel if one expects a typical hotel experience Breakfast is mediocre at best.
