“Uneven Experience”

Positives: Great location, pretty room, lovely lobby, very polite staff, good breakfast buffet. Negatives: in a week's stay, bathroom facilities were rarely cleaned and began to smell. Air conditioning was broken half the nights of my stay, and room ventilation was poor.
