“Would definitely stay again!”

This hotel is a great pick, especially for the price. Easy to locate (right off the freeway), fast friendly service, and very clean. As hotel beds go, I was expecting it to be hard and uncomfortable, but it turned out to be quite the opposite and I slept great both nights of my stay. The continental breakfast was as expected, nothing fancy, but still free fuel to get you started on you day without having to make an extra stop! They also have free Wi-Fi and the shower had plenty of hot water. We were pleased and would definitely stay here again!

“Better than expected”

No complaints. The stay was was better than I expected especially the complimentary breakfast items. My two kids (2 & 5) loved the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect overnight stop after visiting Cumberland Falls with the kids.

“Disappointed”

I expected better from a Marriott property. Arrived late, discovered ants all over the room, told the desk clerk and was moved to another room, right next door. Found ants there as well, not as bad. Stayed the night anyway. Told the clerk the next morning and she didn't even acknowledge that I said anything to her. Bathroom was clean, breakfast was pleasant.

“A stay in Corbin, KY...”

The morning of check out, we passed by the front desk 4 times and each time there was a sign at the desk stating the staff was assisting another guest at the time. We were in the pool area that morning and saw the "manager" on duty leave 4 times in 1 hour to go take a smoke break with other people...possibly family. BTW, the pool is not heated like the description stated. No one was available at check out for me to tell them the TV continued to shut off by itself after about 10 minutes and the shower curtain bar was broken.
