Hey Michal I can totally understand your frustration. And I'm very sorry that our hotel didn't meet your expectations. We do have issues that you described more or less often. It's center of the city and an old building. All our rooms are different and it seems that you've got an unlucky combination of uncomfortable situations. I'm really sorry you've got this experience. Hi CatrionaI'm very sad to read about your experience in our hotel. Sounds like an awful combination of accidents. And yes, unfortunatelly location in center next to the central station means that there can be very lively and rather loud in the night. And low price means we can be easily fooly booked, so we can't provide another room, and also that we have a technician that comes only certain hours, so we can't fix things without him. I really hope you will have only best experience next time you travel.Best regards

If there was an issue with a body odor in the room either on the piloow or else where I am not sure why you havent reached out to us so we where able to change it out for you. When you choose to stay central and close to a central station you must expect noise from the street - We do have earplugs in the reception for 10 DKK if needed. Also when you stay central in most larger capitals in Europe or elsewhere in the world there will be homeless people - we are not able to do much about them - But I can ensure you they are quit harmless.

Hi Aase, Thank you for your feedback on your stay. When you choose to stay in a large capital city and stay very central you must expect some noise from the street, and other type of people that you might are used to. They are a part of the neigbourhood in Vesterbro and has always been here. Its total safe to walk around in the area also at night. But i am not sure why you did not reach out to us in the reception to get another room as we do have rooms that faces the courtyard we would have loved to help you get another room if needed. We have no where written that we offer free parking or forces our guests to choose the pårking we offer from the hotel. As a guest with us you pay 280 DKK pr. 24 hours if you buy diretly in the garage its 350 DKK pr. dayBut its interly up to you as a guest if you wish to add the parking with the hotel or not. I am not sure what you mean with a long distance as it takes less than 5 min walk to go there by foot?

This is only on our family rooms - So in case this is the room you wanted, you have booked the wrong roomtype. But let us know next time you stay with us - If we have availible rooms we would could have offered you an upgrade for the room you wished to have.

Therefore you are always welcome to come by the reception and explain about your experience with the room, then we will alwas solve the problem as far as possible or come up with an alternative. In the evening hours for security reasons we have locked the door for anauthorized guests at the hotel, there is a small white box beside the door where you use your key card to enter the hotel.
