“Clean, comfortable and affordable hotel”
This hotel is within an easy walk from the central railway station. We are older travellers, 62 and 64 years old, and we were able to walk from the hotel to Tivoli Gardens and to the Hop On, Hop Off bus pick up point without any problems. The hotel is located a block off the busy street so it is quiet. A sufficient breakfast was available at a reasonable price.
“Would stay here again”
Overall a good hotel stay. The quality of the hotel room was exactly what I expected based on the Expedia description (i.e., modern, helpful staff, clean, small). If you are a traveler requiring large closets and ample space, this likely shouldn't be your first choice. If you are looking for a small space to relax in after a day of touring or business, it will work quite well. One downside is that the hotel is near train tracks that separate it from the surrounding neighborhood--this means that one must walk in a "U" to get to the Vesterbro area or to the Train station itself. Bike rental at the hotel is fairly affordable and a great way to see the city--routes to Nyhavn, Tivoli, and Christianshavn are very direct.
“Overall great hotel except for one thing...”
Everything in the hotel was pretty good....great modern design, location close enough to the downtown area, and a good price/quality ratio. Only downside is that my girlfriend got bited by a bed bug one night....quite frustrating as we had to basically wash everything thouroughly back home, and quite surprising as the room seemed pretty clean every day we stayed there.
“Would go again”
Good hotel, clean, room big enough for a couple. Some noise from construction work and trains passing by but you get used to it and overall it wasn't too intrusive.
“Good for 1 night stays”
Rooms are super small, but nice. Very clean. If you need space, this isn't the hotel for you. That being said, it was really nice. Modern style room with glass fish bowl shower. I would stay here again.
“Moderne et agréable”
Hôtel moderne et agréable, avec des services de qualité (ordinateurs en libre service), grand lobby. Souvent de la queue à l'accueil mais une borne permet le check in/out rapidement. Déjeuner copieux mais sans viennoiserie. Chambres petites mais bien agencées. Peu d'intimité dans la salle de bains / toilettes (une simple paroi en vert).
“good location if taking the train”
Copenhagen was great, so different and this hotel was too. Very modern and at a great price, the breakfast buffet, 60kr. was not what i was used to but I was also not in the States either. But it was a good change, the shower was a bit small, it was a glass shower, loved the view from my room window. Very close to downtown and the central train station, had road work, but that could happen anywhere. I would recommend Wake Up Copenhagen for anyone one who is wanting to be in middle of Copenhagen.
“Price is right”
Conveniently located...about 10 min walk to train and just a bit further to center of Copenhagen. Rooms are small by Western standards, but who cares...you're not there to hang in your room! Hopefully they'll open a restaurant/bar in the hotel soon. Surrounding area is a bit of a mess with a lot of construction but again, not a big deal.
“Stylish and Budget”
A brand new hotel that is very stylish and yet inexpensive. Great facilities from an individual shower, a flat screen TV, and free wireless internet in each room to the business centre, lounge, and the breakfast restaurant in the hotel. It is also convenient that you can purchase snacks, meals (sandwiches, salads, pastries), and drinks from the reception 24 hours a day. While the hotel is a 10 minute walking distance from the city centre, it is located in a safe neighbourhood. The only downside is there is no coffee machine and you cannot boil hot water inside the room. They charge you for getting hot water from the reception which is more expensive than the cost of a bottled water which they sell.
