La situation de l'hôtel n'est pas mal : pas en plein centre mais proche de Nyhavn ! La réception est aidante en proposant un service de conciergerie non négligeable. Pour la chambre et le prix proposé, je trouve cependant que ce fut moyen rapport qualité prix, où nous nous attendions à quelque chose de plus classieux.

Emplacement idéal ! A 2minutes à pied de Nyhavn. Métro également à proximité ainsi que beaucoup de restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et il y a un énorme choix. Possibilité de louer des vélos. Seul petit bémol, la chambre, on s'attendait à mieux. On entend un peu le bruit des canalisations des douches et wc voisins, mais ce n'est pas trop dérangeant. Quartier calme et tranquille. Je recommande.

Pas de bruit bien insonoriseé. Nous avons du réclamé 2 soirs de suite des serviettes de bain !chambre avec vu sur les travaux maus pas de bruit!

The inclusive breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of items. The staff was friendly and offered advice on transportation and restaurant recommendations. The location is very good and only a few minutes' walk to the nearest metro stop. However, the rooms are old and tired, and need updates. The air conditioning was not really functional, and the toilet did not flush well. The TV is small.

Great stay. Awesome breakfast buffet. The 26 bus stops near end of hotel. Take the 26 to Tivoli, Central Station and the Carlsburg Brewery. The main square is a few minutes walk from hotel. Restaurants everywhere. Great location. 👍👍

I’ve stayed in other scandic hotels and they are far superior. I expected a lot better for the location and wouldn’t stay here again. The gym equipment sticks and is is poor state, the cables jolt and the rowing machine needs oiling. I left and found a puregym in the centre and used day passes instead. The breakfast was pretty average, I’ve had a lot better in the other hotels. The hotel is being refurbed, which may have explained the smell of sewage in the lift? Perhaps. The room itself had a comfortable bed, but poor air conditioning. I had to sleep with an open window instead. There was no fridge and in a ridiculously hot room, it would have been nice to have cold water. The paint is chipped on the corners of the walls and the raised shower leaked onto floor next to it. Definitely would not recommend this one to anyone. There are budget hotels who provide better service, if this was my first time using scandic I wouldn’t go to any others in the future.

We very much enjoyed the location of the property. And we REALLY loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. But the hotel itself was somewhat disappointing. We were charged an extra 150.00 DKK to check in two hours early, and one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for access to a gym. It was not until we arrived that we learned the hotel was under construction and gym access had to be permitted by a front desk clerk and was accomplished through the kitchen. While the breakfast spread appeared the impressive at first glance, many of the items were disappointing (the scrambled eggs were cold, and they had only soft boiled eggs, the fruit selection as rather limited).
