“Best in Town”
Great Hotel just across the famous tivoli.
“Highly recommended”
We had a Royal Club Room for a very romantic weekend. For a European hotel, it was spacious and comfortable. Stunning views of all of Copenhagen from our room. Very centrally located; steps from the Stroget shopping area and across the street from the Tivoli and train station. Extremely helpful concierge staff who were able to secure us a hard to get reservation at one of the top local restaurants. Great breakfast spread. Would go back in a heartbeat.
“Great choice for Copenhagen”
I would return here again. Nice, clean, hotel. Good service and attention. Great Proximity to Tivoli. Air conditioning superb during very hot period. Friendly staff.
“Vivre l’histoire”
“Best Hotel in Copenhagen”
We have been to Copenhagen many times but never stayed in this hotel before. Now I am asking myself why. From the moment we were greeted in the lobby to our final checkout we were dealt with by smart, helpful and courteous staff. Our room was superb with a good selection of toiletteries. We would never stop in another hotel in Copenhagen
“Great location”
Great service, excellent location in the heart of the city and since it is one of the taller buildings if you get a room at the top few floors you'll get an excellent view of the city.
“Excellent location in Copenhagen”
Great location - right across from Trivoli Gardens, tourist info office. About 3 blocks from train station and easy walking to shopping and sights. Room was a little warm, even though it was very comfortable weather. Luckily the windows open. Decor was fun, breakfast excellent. I'd be happy to stay there again. Restaurant quite expensive.
“Loved it!!!”
We stayed here for two nights after getting married on a smaller island in Denmark. We booked a junior suite. It was wonderful!! We were on the 17th floor (there are 20). The room had a long row of windows with awesome views of the city. The hotel is right across the street from Tivoli Gardens, which was really fun. We loved that the train station was so close as we wanted to take a trip to Malmo, Sweden. The room itself was nice and big with a SUPER comfy bed!!! There were two bathrooms, one with a toilet and sink and the other with 2 sinks and a tub (with a detachable shower head, no curtain) next to a stand up shower. It seemed like it was styled right out of an Ikea, but that made it even more of a plus for us!!! :-) The only thing that we (my husband more that myself) were disappointed in was that we could not get dinner reservations in the restaurant Albert’s. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was superb!! We did learn that because we were "Royal Club", we got to have our breakfast in the restaurant on the 20th floor. I guess everyone else eats in a place on the ground floor. Don't know what that buffet was like, but ours was really great!! Lovely selection of bread and pastries, fruit, cereal, meat cheese, salmon and shrimp, eggs and some hot items like sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs and meatballs. Fresh juice, still and sparkling water, tea and coffee were also provided. If I ever go back to Copenhagen, I will definitely stay here again!!!
