We love art. And we love our surrounding neighborhood Nansensgade full of beautiful art and designs in many colors and shades. This is why we have brought the Nansensgade atmosphere inside, decorating the hotel with local art. To most guests, this is not a hotel but a second home. As the first hotel in the world we are artmoney members, meaning that we accept artmoney as payment. What’s fantastic about the neighborhood is also that Nørreport metro station is only a 5 minute walk away, from where it only takes 15 cheap minutes to get to the airport. We want your day to start off well! This is very important to us, and that is why we do our best to give you the perfect start. Every morning, in our lounge, we serve the award winning breakfast concept Breakfast in a Glass. We love it when little events like having breakfast ads an extra dimension to your stay; This is why our breakfast buffet is unlike standard hotel breakfast buffets, making it an experience of its own. Our selection consists of mainly organic and local produce, and included in the price you have for instance freshly squeezed orange juice and organic coffee. If you prefer a more traditional breakfast buffet, we have a little trick up our sleeve to meet your wish. Please ask. We also serve delicious snacks throughout the day; for instance if you would like a light lunch, perhaps something sweet, or maybe you want to try our 4 Virtues Wine Menu.

Need a treat? Guests staying at Ibsens Hotel can use the luxurious 850 m2 big spa and wellness area, Ni'Mat Spa, with jacuzzi, sauna and steambath situated next door at the sister hotel, Hotel Kong Arthur (fee applies). Furthermore, Ibsens Hotel is located close to the beautiful inner lakes of Copenhagen; a popular area for jogging. In the reeption, a map with a range of suggested routes from 1.5 to 6.5 kilometres is available. Bicycles are available for rent from the hotel, and guests can play petanque in the inner courtyard during summer.

Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. A resort fee is included in the total price displayed. Children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
