Cher pour la prestation
Hôtel bien situé à 25 minutes à pied de la ville. Penser à demander une chambre à l'opposé de la voie ferrée. Il fait très chaud dans les chambres qui sont chauffées (en août) le chauffage n'est pas réglable ce qui nous a obligé à dormir les vitres ouvertes. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. 200 euros la nuit cela reste cher pour un hôtel moyen.

The place is great, nice people and very proper. However the rooms are basically located just upon the train rail, which makes it super noisy all night long ... The hotel is fine but I just could not sleep at all.. Perhaps it is my fault since I should have read the comments before but I do not see the point of an hotel is such a noisy environment ! nice staff and good food for reasonable price though !

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable . De plus l’hôtel est très bien placé et la chambre était très confortable et propre . Par contre , nous n’avons pas du tout bien dormi pendant ces 3 nuits . En effet , l’hôtel est à côté d’une voie ferré et les trains passent sans cesse et même la nuit . Malgré des bouchons dans les oreilles , nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois en sursaut pendant le séjour à cause des bruits trop importants engendrés par ces nuisances . Dommage ...

A éviter
L'hôtel et d'un bon standing par contre l'accueil et déplorable ensuite au niveau des chambres la moitié des Chambres se trouvent face à des rails et l'autre moitié donne sur des immeubles donc à savoir si comme nous vous êtes dans une des chambres donnant sur les rails très difficile de dormir car des trains passent tous les 3 minutes où sont stationnée là pendant 15..20 minutes avec leur moteur tournant. Pour vous donner une idée des nuits en arrivant dans la chambre sur le buffet sont disposés 4 paquets de boules quies.

The hotel is very nice and clean with adequate amenities. The breakfast is delicious and healthy with many choices. The staff are very friendly and diligent. Though the location is not in busy city center, it is close to train station, metro and bus station with convenient transportation. A supermarket is just across the street. There are quite a few dining places within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time.

This was an intresting one as I have never stayed at a hotel without clothes hangers EVER and no fridge or safe either. Poor in my opinion for a hotel in this price range. Breakfast didn’t have much choice but you could tell it was quality and if you’re a light sleeper then this hotel isn’t for you as trains thunder past all night, next to train track. Never had the cleaners come to the room at all in four days and I had to empty the bin myself. All in all this hotel isn’t for me though it’s a 25 minute direct train to airport, very easy indeed.

The hotel was so convenient, clean, and friendly staff. The room was was comfortable with a window and quiet. It is right across from the Østerport train station so very convenient for getting all around Copenhagen. The breakfast buffet is extra but a good deal and has a variety of fresh food. There is also a small bar area. It is walking distance to the citadel park, little mermaid, and about a mile walk to Rosenborg Castle or Amailiasborg. The only down side is you can hear the trains pass by so if you need absolute quiet to sleep it might not work.

When we booked our stay, we were happy that the hotel is close to the train station, but our happiness went away when we arrived and realized that right under our window there is a ralliway. We were in a ground flor, so the noise of all those trains was really loud. Even though the hotel offers an earplugs, we would not stay here again for this price.

An excellent location for public transport. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but quite basic. The bedside shelves were tiny and there were no USB points. The shower good but there were no shelves in the bathroom or in the shower.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fantastisk frukost. Ligger precis vid tågstation, så man hör såklart tågen, men jag upplevde inte att det störde min sömn -det finns öronproppar på rummen. Återkommer gärna.

Excellent Place
Came for a football match so excellent location in between airport, city centre and stadium. We were allowed to check in early which was a great help and receptionist helped us with train times for getting to airport on time for our flight back
