Our junior suite was a bit noise outside at night. I asked if I could move rooms and the lady gave us a better room which was lovely and peaceful. COSY HOUR is the best!!!!!! Thank you for a lovely stay in beautiful Copenhagen!

Stayed here for two nights. I highly recommend this property and has a lovely spa attached to the hotel. Transport is nearby, lot of food options within 7mins walking distance.

I choose this hotel in advance for its convenient location and its reputation as quiet. I was very happy with my choice. I was ill for a couple of days and was able to nap during the day as needed. The housekeeping staff respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign and left extra supplies at my door as needed. I could open the window in the room for fresh air. I booked the hotel using an Expedia discount online offer which made the price quite reasonable. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

Such a great place to stay. Lovely hotel. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to relax and a daily COSY HOUR with a free glass of wine. Definitely would stay again.

We loved our stay at the Kong Arthur. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and decorated. We were in a standard double which had plenty of space for us and a lovely shower room. The lighting is warm and cosy and the rooms are very warm. The beds are very comfortable with the standard two single duvets for a king bed. The ceilings are high and the curtains block out all the light in the morning. The bathroom has heated floors and a huge shower with plentiful pressure and hot water. Each day our room was cleaned and tidied to an excellent standard. The hotel has a "cozy hour" at 5pm when you can get a free drink and this is well used. The lounge/bar is warm and inviting and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I will happily book again and recommend to all.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, welcoming staff, friendly lobby/bar area. Lots of choice for breakfast and good quality food. Close to Metro stop, but also easy walking distance to city landmarks. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely rooms and understated elegance throughout the hotel. The food is excellent and the staff wonderful. Kong Arthur is the perfect base to explore the city by day and then enjoy cosy hour with other guests before heading out for the evening.

Hotel check in was easy online, along with the digital door key code. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was situated within 10-20 minutes walking distance of key sights. Generally excellent experience all around.

My wife and I had a very good sized room and bathroom. The staff were really lovely, very pleasant, professional and helpful especially Cecilia. Only down side was the shower head bracket did not work properly but overall a minor inconvenience and could be worked around. I have no hesitation about staying at this hotel again.

Can’t fault the hotel at all! Location was perfect for walking around the city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. A free drink every day between 5-6 had a nice vibe. Will stay here every time I go to Copenhagen.

Nice hotel - however first room was much smaller than advertised and had previous occupant's rubbish in the bathroom bin. New room much more dated and didn't have a stand-alone shower. Brilliant breakfast and good location.

Staff and shared areas of the hotel were stunning. My room was slightly dated, a couple of the power outlets didn't work and the kettle was broken and had to hold the button down. These are all minor issues and didnt effect how enjoyable my stay was and I was in one of the cheaper rooms so was to be expected. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kong Arthur. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We had a baby and they supplied a cot and bedding which was amazing! We also had drinks in the bar which was so comfortable and cosy! Would recommend staying and would definitely stay again!

We wanted to love this hotel. Upon arrival there was no help with bags, even though I was struggling to walk after having surgery on my leg. We were early to check in and just wanted to stow our bags. After waiting five minutes at an empty reception we were pointed on the direction of the storage room and no help offered. Rooms are not as advertised or described on Expedia and we did not get the room we paid for. We had to pay more at the hotel to get the room we wanted and told ‘we could sell the suite to someone else so you need to pay something’. Shame on you. The contract law on advertising is between the hotel and Expedia… not us, as you rudely said it was our fault. Room was like a sauna at night, even with the thermostat turned off, the shower was a dribble, the sink plus does not work and the kitchen area had stains and burns on it. Lovely breakfast and lovely waiting staff. Will not return and we will feel that the hotel has stolen money from us.
