We wanted to love this hotel. Upon arrival there was no help with bags, even though I was struggling to walk after having surgery on my leg. We were early to check in and just wanted to stow our bags. After waiting five minutes at an empty reception we were pointed on the direction of the storage room and no help offered. Rooms are not as advertised or described on Expedia and we did not get the room we paid for. We had to pay more at the hotel to get the room we wanted and told ‘we could sell the suite to someone else so you need to pay something’. Shame on you. The contract law on advertising is between the hotel and Expedia… not us, as you rudely said it was our fault. Room was like a sauna at night, even with the thermostat turned off, the shower was a dribble, the sink plus does not work and the kitchen area had stains and burns on it. Lovely breakfast and lovely waiting staff. Will not return and we will feel that the hotel has stolen money from us.
