A very good, and especially conveneint hotelPosted 16-Dec-2013
Cons: See above
It is certainly a nice hotel - great for a layover in Copenhagen (and other uses). I will just make some comments, which should not detract from the 5 stars I gave the hotel. However, if acted upon by the hotel management, may improve it even further: - On the 9th floor (at least) upon exiting the elevator, there should be immediately a sign directing the guest to the right room numbers. With several suitcases it is not easy to wander until you see the room number directions. - For some strange reason, the room numbers in each corridor begin on the left side, progress to the end of left side and start to go back on the right side. It is more common to number rooms consecutively on both sides: even numbers on one side and odd numbers on the other. I went all the way to the end before realizing my room was at the beginning ---- of the right side. - The electrical piano playing non-stop in the lobby gets on one's nerves after some time. Real piano players take a rest - allow the electronics to also take rests from time to time....

Hilton Copenhagen Airport is in many ways an amazing Hotel. It is a typical high-end business hotel with all the things you would expect to give the business man a pleasant and efficient stay. Really good rooms with work-desk and a proper internet connection. Executive Lounge to relax with a canape and a glass of wine before/after dinner - read a news paper - or just relax in something more cosy than the room. The downside is however, that even this Executive Lounge is no longer a resort from parents and their children! Children running around and shouting - or even smaller children crying - and the parents (and staff) finds it fully acceptable! That is disappointing - and not upto Hilton Standard. Many high-end Hotels have clear policy about children, and even special areas for family with children, so they can enjoy their stay - and allows others to do the same. Hilton! Learn from the best. Children does not belong everywhere in a Hotel.

Great Hotel!Posted 22-Nov-2013
Location: We only stayed here because it was right at the airport and we had an early 6am departure flight.
I thought the price per night was quite expensive at $193 but in reality for the location and convenience it was worth it. And they had a FREE continental breakfast which was very good from 4-5am (the restaurant didn't open until 5:30am) for weekdays for those travelers who had early flights. All we had to do was walk across the street to the airport checkin--it was so convenient!

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit SwedenPosted 13-Oct-2013
Friendly staff and great Danish design, the rooms are handsome and you can get to the airport and the train to Sweden without having to go outside.

Perfect locationPosted 7-Oct-2013
Pros: We loved the lounge package that served breakfast from 6am to 11am and drinks and canape's from 6 to 8pm for an additional but very reasonable charge
Cons: Mattress could have been more supportive
Location: The city center is only a 15 minute very pleasant metro ride. We explored beautiful Nyhavn, toured the canals by boat, shopped on the lovely Stroget
This hotel was located at the Copenhagen airport and train station. Navigating to the city center and central station via metro was very easy. The metro was a 2 minute indoor walk from the hotel, The hotel was so quiet; we never heard any airplane or noise of any kind. The concierge staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was nicely decorated, modern but cozy, and squeaky clean. The only slight negative was the mattress was a little soft for us, otherwise perfect.

Last night before an early AM flight.Posted 28-Sep-2013
Pros: We had a great view of darling Copenhagen from the 10th floor. There was a tub and separate shower. The facilities were very clean.
Rode the metro out from Kongens Nytorv station. I booked a twin deluxe for myself and two travelling companions. We were received respectfully, given the chance to quickly enroll in Hilton Honors which gave us free WiFi access as soon as we checked in. We chose to order room service for dinner - which was affordable by Copenhagen standards and the food was great! As I left at 5 am for my flight, I noticed the restaurant downstairs was open for breakfast! Wow. Very quiet, and comfortable. All in all, the perfect final night from my month long stay in Copenhagen. I would choose the Hilton Copenhagen again.

Luxury hotel - A welcome respite from travelling!Posted 27-Sep-2013
Pros: I really liked the fresh fruit and vegetables at the buffets - a luxury compared to the rest of my European travel on this trip.
Cons: The room was pricey, as was the supper buffet, however the breakfast was included in the room rate. I would prefer a gift shop to the display case.
Location: There was nothing to do near the hotel when I arrived, but its 2 minute walk proximity to the airport was worth every penny.
I arrived at 4:00 p.m. on a Sunday. The hotel provided a spacious, yet warm and welcoming environment following a long plane / train ride. The staff all spoke English very well, and they all were very friendly, from the restaurant hostesses to the housekeeping staff. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very "Western" in its shower, tub and sink facilities, and honestly, they had the softest and thickest toilet paper of my entire trip (very nice!). The hotel floor plan was easy to negotiate, and the supper and breakfast buffets that I was able to take part in were wonderful! Both buffets had a lovely assortment of fresh fruit, breads and cheeses. Supper had green beans with mushrooms for one of the vegetable dishes, roast potatoes plus a salmon or turkey breast slices or roast beef meat selection. The salad greens selection was fresh and crisp. At breakfast, there was also a selection of yogurt (in individual sealed containers), cereals and sweet buns, plus eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and brown beans. Juice or coffee or tea was included in breakfast. The room had a TV with very good reception, however, the Danish TV programming was limited and I didn't find any English language programming until 9:00 p.m. There was no gift shop, per say, however they did have a display case of items for sale in the lobby. You could order them online or at reception (I think), and after payment, they would be in your room by 10:00 a.m.

Modern executive hotel near to the airportPosted 25-Sep-2013
Pros: Clean, comfortable and well located.
Cons: The cost of food and drink in the restaurant was extremely prohibitive. A medium size bottle of water was 55Dk (just short of £7) a ridiculous price.
Location: Good location on both the Metro M2 into the centre of Copenhagen and the train into the west of the city as well as to Malmo, Sweden - worth a visit.
Our deluxe King room on the 9th floor was excellently appointed with all the facilities you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Bathroom had both a bath and a walk-in shower and was very clean. Two complimentary bottles of water each day in the room was a welcome touch. Breakfast buffet was excellent, high quality food (smoked salmon, brie cheese, large selection of fresh fruit, etc) and plentiful. All Staff were attentive and courteous. Although only a short walk from Terminal 3, the rooms are well sound-proofed and you rarely hear any aircraft noise. Unlike the Hylton in Malta, there was a substantial daily charge to use the indoor pool. Copenhagen is a really nice city to walk around and has plenty of places of interest. A canal boat trip is good value for money. The Glypotek Museum is amazing and free on a Sunday.
