“Location & comforts of home!”
The Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is located right next to a major shopping mall (Fields). It is also right next to the bus stop, subway (Metro) and the train station. For going into the city (~10 minutes) the location is excellent. Free shuttle service to/from the airport is very convenient - be sure to book your return as the shuttle in Julyy '11 was a SUV!! This Crown Plaza is much like any other I have stayed at. High standards met with service and distinction. Cable TV - (with some in English); Air Conditioning; In room fridge; Wireless Internet (free); room service, meeting rooms, restaurant, etc. It has it all. Be aware that Copenhagen is a very expensive place - think double what you would expect.. The mall across the street has everything - from fast food dining to restaurants to a Super Wal*Mart like store. This is wonderful for the vacationer.. The hotel is very comfortable and provides a great escape from the city of Copenhagen after a day of walking, shopping and sight-seeing.. Yes - the staff speaks English as well as we Americans do.. A few other languages too..
“Grande qualité de service : je recommande”
J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité de l'aéroport de Copenhague. Il propose une navette gratuite jusqu'à 23h00. Nous sommes arrivés trop tard pour en profiter, mais sachez que l'hôtel n'est qu'à 2 stations de métro de l'aéroport et que le métro fonctionne également la nuit. J'y ai séjourné 1 nuit avec mon mari et mes 2 jeunes enfants. A notre arrivée, nous avons été surclassés de telle sorte que nous avons pu bénéficier de 2 chambres communicantes. Le personnel est très gentil, les chambres spacieuses et confortables et le petit déjeuner très bon. Je vous recommande donc vivement cet hôtel.

I was more times in CPH and i have to say that price/comfort i was pretty much impressed with the HOTEL and as well with its service, the restaurant wasn't really crowded but the food was of its best quality.
“great hotel”
The neighborhood of the crown plaza hotel its not for tourist at all, its merely business, not a single attraction but a big mall across the street. Overall a great hotel incredible big rooms great views. If tourism is the porpouse stay at nyhavn.
“Very nice hotel and a surprisingly great location”
We needed a hotel for an overnight stay between when our cruise ship docked and our plane flight home. We had a difficult time finding a hotel that would accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids. We finally found this one and initially gagged on the price, but ended up being very happy we had found it. What we didn't know when we booked it was that a "family room" was 2 adjoining rooms so we got 2 rooms not one! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. One had 2 twin beds (perfect for the kids) and one had a queen (perfect for my wife and me). While the location wasn't very picturesque, it was a short walk from a very large, modern, shopping mall (where we had lunch and dinner) and right across from the Metro station. After lunch we took the Metro to the older, scenic, part of Copenhagen, got ice cream, walked around, took photos, and enjoyed the sights. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel and took the (hotel-provided) shuttle to the airport - about a 12 minute drive away. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would recommend it to others.
“Will use again!”
We had an extremely comfortable stay while in Copenhagen. They picked us up from the airport, took care of all of our bags, and our room was outstanding. Everyone was very helpful and we look forward to staying there again. One thing that really impressed us was that we were travelling with 3 little kids and the room rate was for a family room and the kids loved it and we loved the great price! Looking forward to staying there again.
“Clean, Quiet, and Reasonable”
My wife and I stayed at the Crown Plaza before and after a Princess Cruise that left from Copenhagen. While we love to stay in old hotels I' m a light sleeper and constant noise from toilets flushing and doors closing has sent me looking for newer hotels. The Crown Plaza was perfect. It is new and in excellent condition. Our room was spotless. The bed and linens were marvelous. It was very quiet. The staff spoke perfect English. They were very helpful in navigating around the city. The train and Metro were about 2 city blocks away and very easy to use. The hotel sells tickets at a reduced rate. It is a short ride into Copenhagen. It was easy to get within walking distance of our ship. We had no trouble getting the hotel's shuttle to and from the airport. We heard horror stories from fellow passengers, on the ship, about staying in older hotels in town. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Copenhagen. It is a beautiful city with much to see and do.
“Hôtel tout neuf et très confortable, proche de l'aéroport”
L'hôtel est à 10mn du centre en métro et de ce fait un peu isolé. Cependant il est à 2 mn à pied du centre commercial et du métro, très pratique pour rejoindre le centre. Le quartier comme l'hôtel sont tous neufs, l'hôtel vient de fêter son 1er anniversaire. Le quartier s'animera probablement dans les mois/années à venir. Personnel accueillant et serviable, chambres impeccables dans le plus pur design scandinave. A l'aéroport, rdv chez le loueur de voitures Sixt (Terminal 2) pour qu'ils appellent l'hôtel. La navette gratuite viendra vous chercher en face du T2 à l'arrêt de bus.

“Orestad's best”
Heck, last time I was in Copenhagen they were landing on the moon. That was 1969. So I guess the first thing to say is the place has changed. A bit. But if you scrape away the last 42 years and the old obsession for open sandwiches then you've got a modern vibrant city, so chilled it lives in the freezer, and in CP Copenhagen Towers you've got a fantastic base from which to explore everything that the city has to offer. Really, no complaints at all about the hotel, the level of service, the attention to detail (I'll even forgive them the lack of tea in the room .. it's an English thing ...) or the proximity to the metro station and therefore your closeness to the city. Loved it.
