its very good hotel, very old hotel but wont feel that. Near to Tivoli gardens and city railway station. building can be seen from any corner of the city and top of the building we can see SAS board. All the sight seeing buses starts here, so easy to go for a site tour. only 7 min to aiport by metro.
Hotel is bit expensive and attached to a resturuent and the food served in that place is delicious.
The best thing of this hotel is the location in the city center. A lot bars and cafe restaurants.
The rooms are normal not great and the cleaning lady did a really bad job before we arrived so it was a little bit dirty.
Really expensive mini bar.
I would not come back to this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel and had a large corner room which we loved (full of Arne Jacobsen furniture style classics if you like that type of thing).
Very friendly staff, decent breakfasts, excellent location that was near enough to city centre and also an easy walk from the main station.
We really enjoy visiting Copenhagen and would definitely stay in this hotel again.
This hotel was quite nice and in most cases the staff was very helpful. On one occasion though, we asked for directions to the nearest train station and the clerk pointed up in the air and said it was 600-800 meters over there - not very helpful. The hotel is not close to many of the attractions but public transportation is easy and efficient. The room was quite nice and spacious. There is a little hotel across the way with Italian food and we enjoyed a meal there. The restaurant in the hotel was fine too for drinks and snacks. We went there for dessert a couple of times. The clerk that checked us in was magnificent and very helpful.
Central apartment close to good shopping area, within walking distance to central station, bike hire and swimming pool and tivoli gardens. Recommend Andersen bakery next to tivoli gardens for great pastries. Apartment was comfortable, kitchen area too small to do any cooking. Overall plenty of room for a family of 4 plus baby. Disappointing that we had to clean the entire flat before leaving, hence cleanliness was not up to scratch as we don't think the apartment was cleaned by staff at all.

Loved the huge, comfortable room with a great view. Staff was the best, extremely friendly, helpful, etc... Only real issue was the room temp, I could not figure out how to cool the room down. It was extremely warm in the room especially at night, so I opened the balcony door. Breeze off of the canal was great.
