“Comfy but loud”

Other hotel guests were quite noisy in the hallway at 2 am which was the only negative side of this stay of three days we had at this hotel.

“service was excellent”

The hotel in general was very comfortable and clean, as expected, since we are return customers. On this particular visit, Genni was extremely helpful in obtaining our boarding passes. She had to continue trying to contact our airline repeatedly and did so very cheerfully, letting me know about her progress as she went. She was able to complete the task, and upgrade us in addition!! It may be part of her job, but she did it much more thoroughly than expected, and it made a huge difference for us at the end of our trip!! She is the kind of American we need more of. Thank you.

“Great value and friendly staff”

My daughters and I stayed for a week at the Coon Rapids Wingate and had a very pleasant time. We were in a "spacious King" and really appreciated the extra space. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room and the common areas were very clean, and the breakfast was good. The whirlpool was closed for most of our visit which was disappointing to me, but my daughters enjoyed the swimming pool. We would stay here again.
