We are so sorry to hear you had a poor experience on our property. Unfortunately we do not offer Queen size beds in any of our rooms with two beds, please refer to your booking as it was two double beds. We apologize for the issues with your curtains, AC unit, and breakfast. Your 100 deposit was a hold not a charge and released. We apologize as this was not communicated earlier, but have since took action to make that communication better in the future.
