Excellent value but no internet. Password didn't work and no on answered the phone so I could find out why. Finally at 6 am someone was in the office so I could find out why. When I got on the connection was so slow it was useless. All other things were great but no internet is a deal breaker

I didn't dislike anything there. Except the bathroom floors when wet at all you call slip and fall real easy. I had the handicap room but I didn't know that one of the towels up on the rack on the wall was supposed to be used for a bath mat. There's no sign up that says the smallest towel there that's a little bit thick is to be used for a bath mat and I am almost fell and hurt myself real bad I have a bad back and I have bad knees I barely was able to get to the wall to hang on. I told the office person when I brought my key back in to leave today on Tuesday that I thought that was a real important problem to take care of to put rubber mats down in front of the tubs and the showers on the floor not towels I used the towels for my hair I didn't know anything different. So I am glad that I did not fall and have to file a paper on it because I wouldn't have wanted to do that plus I don't want to get hurt anymore than I already hurt cuz that's dangerous if I would have felt I would have went back and hit my head really hard on the shower part. I just thought that I would say something about that I think it's very important. Other than that I had a really nice stay and I will be back again for sure.

I felt really comfortable staying there. It all was perfect. I got to make my own Waffle. Haven't done that in years. I will be staying again and I will tell my friends and family where'd you go in Martinez.

Curtains were somehow unable to close, they use a garden hose in the mornings for cleaning for some reason and it bangs on the staircase and rails for hours in the morning, not the best front desk service, bath tub had black scuff marks, terrible cloth shower curtain with no liner so water just seeps through and destroys the floor and useless floor towel.

Property was well kept and maintained. Bed was great! Toilet needs adjusting. Very quiet and parking was very good, close to our room.

If your are on a budget, I recommend this place.
Our stay was good. My girlfriend and I just wanted a cheaper place to stay in Martinez for the night. We got to check in early and the staff were nice and helpful. I have stayed in a lot of cheaper places that were bad experiences. This was a good one. Room was clean, area was safe and quiet. We go to Martinez often and we will definitely be staying here again with a future visit.

I struggle having my room serviced even we were stayng for 5 night. We run out of everything inclusiv papare toilet and still need to request to the reception at least for 3x times, was having a note on my room as a priority for next morning and was finally poorly cleaned and only supplied for few things. Disappointed:(

Great from start to finish! Just wanted some alone time and have a shorter commute in the morning so I can sleep in! Friendly staff, great spacious room and had a nice/peaceful night! Beds are super comfortable and got some quality sleep!

It was a last minute booking. I booked 2 queen size beds and they were full sized beds. The AC wouldnt stay on, we couldnt close our curtains. I was also charged an additional $100 for a deposit and that was never communicated to me. There was no on the go breakfast.... never again

Unfortunately we do not offer Queen size beds in any of our rooms with two beds, please refer to your booking as it was two double beds. We apologize for the issues with your curtains, AC unit, and breakfast. Your 100 deposit was a hold not a charge and released. We apologize as this was not communicated earlier, but have since took action to make that communication better in the future.
