“Excellent service, the hotel was beautiful, perfect location.”

I booked the hotel for "out of town" guests. Great service, they were able to accomodate my request for two queen beds. Just a suggestion, but a higher thread count sheet would have made it perfect and luxurious.

I tried Hyatt Summerfield Suites because I never stayed at one - I've stayed at Embassy Suites many times. I was impressed and will not hesitate to stay at another. Good value!

“Will seek Summerfield hotels in future”

Loved this hotel. It has everything we needed. They have free breakfast, free parking, and free internet access. The computer room is very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, with enough covers that kept me very warm. When the drapes are closed the room is very black. I slept very well. Loved my room and the Hotel.

“Good room”

Good big room, great service(my request for extra pillows was acted on quickly). A few problems did affict our stay though. 1. No ice machine. Not really the hotels fault, but it was hard to find, and hard to enter the driveway. The area restricts signage, and the street out front was divided.

“Loved it!!!!”

This hotel was wonderful!! Everyone was so nice at the desk and my room was clean, quiet, and decorated beautifully. I loved the big flat screen television, and the full breakfast is really good. Will definitely come back.

“Extreme service!”

We arrived, the 2BR suite had been double booked, to make the error right they provided 2/1BR suites at no additional price...breakfast was fantastic, social hour food was great, shuttle service was provided-even without proper notice when we couldn't park! We have stayed with them before at a different location and it was equally awesome...a definate keeper in the hotel memory bank.
