“Best Bang for the Buck!”

Nice, small and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good neightborhood location and within walkind distance to shopping center and good restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“clean and friendly”

We stayed here at the Days in Concord to go to the Sleep Train Pavilion and see a concert. This hotel was the closest and we were very happy with the staff as well as the room. I would stay here again and probably will for the next concert I go to here.

Was pleasantly surprised to find this WAS a Comfort Inn, so they had the most comfortable beds that I've grown to really like at Comfort Inns.

“Getting way more than you might expect!”

In all a very pleasant expierience!! The gentleman and Lady at check in were great. There was a problem with the "key"...and this happens at alot of places....and they resoved this with a smile and an apology which I felt was not necessary. Shortly after my check in, the Lady who had checked me in brought me a little basket with goodies and additional towels that I didn't even have to ask for. One other minor problem was my un-technical mind set. I was having trouble operating the remote for the TV. On my way to the office, one of the tow gentlemen at check-in was coming up the stairs on another matter. When I told him my problem he stopped what he was doing and went back to my room and showed me how to work the remote. And this was also done with a smile!! The room was larger than I expected, and well appointed. And, very clean...with all the amenities one could want. I only wished the chair at the desk was a tad bit higher. Without a doubt, I will stay at this motel when I travel to Concord next year.

clean room, decent little work desk, chair to relax in, clean comfortable bed...great for a business trip......mo and his staff were friendly and helpful......small place in a decent neighborhood.......will return for sure.....

Was very pleased with this hotel. The room had a love seat, microwave, small frig, without an extra charge. The bed and pilows were very comfortable.

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast bar was awesome.

Great location and great upkeep of the hotel. Call them before 12 midnight however if you haven't checked in or they list you as a no show.

“Very good value & warm welcome”

The staff was very friendly (especially the owner) and the service, e.g. breakfast outside of the regular hours, directions to various shopping locations and restaurants, use of the hotel computer for clients, etc., was quick, clear, concise and very helpful! The shower and bed were both excellent, and the quick response to any requests assured at any hour.

“About what you'd expect”

Room was clean, location was fine for my purposes; staff was friendly; we brought our own breakfast but some breakfast foods are provided.
