The property is looking very run down, the lobby looks great, but the halls and rooms need work. many of the faucets have been "fixed" with the hot water on the wrong side so it takes a little bit to figure out why you do not get hot water. the tv's do not have a "whats on right now" Guide only a station guide.

My kids and I love coming and staying here mainly because the hot breakfast is really good. It was very disappointing to find out that the hash browns have been discontinued and replaced with small potatoes that don’t taste very good. Please bring back the hash browns. We don’t want to find another hotel however my kids are upset about the has browns. The staff are great!

I got charge $545 for supposedly messing with the smoke detector. I don’t smoke or have any reason to mess with the smoke detector. I’ve stayed at 51 hotels in the last two years I travel a lot for work. I’ve had zero issue with any hotel but this one Other reviews have similar experiences. Stay away from this hotel they are very sketchy and will find any reason to over charge you.

The staff are nice and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The hit breakfast is really good. I highly recommend this hotel. My kids love coming here.

Beware of frequent theft that happens on property! If you value your vehicle and belongings they are not safe even in front of security cameras. Police do not even bother to come when called.

Beware! This property is unsafe to park a vehicle in the parking lot. There is theft occurring weekly in front of the cameras. They didn’t care that we had everything stolen.

It was a nice room and the pool is big. The windows need a good cleaning inside and outside. Also the curtains are torn and need cleaning. Loves the towels nice and fluffy.

Shame on you
Well, we have stayed before at the Clarion. And from the outside, it has been beautifully updated. Thats as far as we got... We were checking in, and before we could get a chance to get our room, i asked to verify if they were pet friendly.... NOPE! No way, no how, a $250 fine if we bought our dog into the building. Well, hell! Shes a certified service dog and we were turned away. Thanks CA , i thougt it was illegal to turn us away, much less ask for her papers.... not cool Clarion!
