It was a very nice place you can tell they have pride in their motel it’s clean and it has new carpet and very nicely decorated a clean fridge and a microwave. Highly recommend this motel staff is very friendly. He came and asked me if we had enough towels which we did.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Americas Best value inn Comanche during a year end road trip, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. **Location and Accessibility:** The motel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to dining options. Plus, it was conveniently located near the highway, making it a breeze to find. **Cleanliness:** From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire property. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining it throughout my stay. **Comfort and Amenities:** The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries and coffee maker in the room. **Staff Friendliness and Service:** The staff at Americas best value inn were incredibly friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. **Value for Money:** I felt that the quality of service and amenities provided at Americas Best value inn far exceeded the price I paid for my stay. It was an excellent value for the level of comfort and convenience offered. Overall, my experience at Americas Best value was outstanding. The combination of a convenient location, clean and comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and great value made for a truly memorable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Do not recommend
I didn’t even stay at this hotel. As a female traveling by myself I felt so uncomfortable and not safe. There was plastic on the lamp shade and the room was dirty. There was no chain to lock the door and you could see the light coming through. I wouldn’t recommend. My friends stayed as a married couple and also felt the same and didn’t feel safe.

A last minute stay room and staff great. The exception TV had no reception and AC was off took 2 hours to cool the room off.

Very clean
Room was clean & nice. Friendly staff. Only downfall was we had to turn on the room a/c upon check-in. It was a hot day, but the room cooled off & everything else was great! Will stay here again if needed!

Pleasantly surprised!
This motel was much better than I had anticipated. The Room was very clean as well as the property in general. It was freshly painted and very well kept. The only disappointment was the mattress. It was a coil spring mattress and it was very hard. Over all it was a bargain and worth the money.

Good value.
We chose this motel because they allow pets for a 20$ up charge. The room is small compared to others, bathroom tight and was missing some amenities such as Kleenex, etc. however, it had a microwave, refer and coffee pot. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was about a 4 on a scale of 1-5 of comfort. Only real issue that kept me from sleeping was a lot of light from the parking lot that came in all around the blackout curtains. They need to be installed flush with the walls in order to block out the streetlights from outside. It was very quiet, which we appreciated.

Literally a roach motel.
I didn’t stay here thankfully, but my wife and kids did. Was last minute stay and everything else was booked so no choice. Even though was suppose to be non smoking room, room smelled like smoke along with other nasty smells. Even though we put there were 4 people staying, only had 3 small towels for bathroom. Wife said she saw roach on shower curtain. Obviously not very clean place. Other than that alright 😉

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it all night. Had to air the room out for a time to even be able to stay in it. Television failed to work and had to have staff members come by and fix it. This happened twice. The WIFI didn't work properly and continued to drop connection. When reported was told "Yes" others have reported that as well. Nothing was done. Paid $60.00 for the room for one night and moved to the Best Western down the street for $79.00 and it was like moving to heaven. Everything worked and room was fantastic.
