The Concourse Hotel

“A Great Place to Stay”

The Concourse Hotel staff were very cordial and ready to assist with questions. Information found in the room and the ammenities were just as they said they would be. We stayed there due to unforseen circumstances with other hotel reservations, and recommended them to the organization we were with, as a "step above" the hotel where we were to stay. The convenience of highway access made it a good location.

“Closest hotel to the airport.”

I had a very pleasent stay at the Concourse. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is a 24hr shuttle to the airport, which the hotel is adjacent to, so it is easy to find when driving to and from. I would recommend and will continue to stay at the Concourse when doing business in the Columbus area.

“top pick for the money and location”

first time I had stayed here, but will be back anytime I fly out of Columbus. Great value for the money, pretty quiet so you can actually get some sleep unlike many of the hotels nearby. Bed was decent, room was nice.

“Good deal at the Columbus Airport”

Didn't know what to expect as I generally don't stay at "off-brands" but the price and location were right. It was overall a good hotel, better than decent food, free internet access in the room and wireless access in the restaurant. The highlight is the fitness center which is top-notch, with great equipment, free weights, etc.

“Met Expectations”

This hotel is adjacent to the airport. Room was clean and acceptably comfortable. For the price, it was perfect for a short night's stay before a too-early morning departure. Not appropriate for longer stays or for visits to Columbus.

“Convenient location”

When scheduled for a early departure this is an ideal spot to spend the night. Shuttles to the airport run at least every fifteen minutes all through the night. Your car may be left in the hotel parking lot rather than paying long term parking rates at the airport.

“Would Stay Here Again.”

I was very happy with the service at the hotel and with the shuttle pickup from the airport. The two pools were very nice. I was a little disappointed that the indoor pool wasn't heated and that the hottub wasn't working. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathtub was in need of a refinishing, and I didn't see any plush bathrobe, but other than that I had no problems. The beds were comfortable and their was also a free shuttle to Easton which is a large Mall with plenty of places to eat and shop. I was very pleased with this hotel and would stay there again.

“Was perfect for early flight out”

The hotel was nice and very very close to airport. rooms nice clean and comfortable. We just stayed the nt and had 6 A M flight. 3 min shuttle ride (arrange at front desk nt before) or 10 min walk. If you NEED super awesome, spoiling customer service you will be let down. But if your a mellow traveler and need a nice place to stay before headin out it's just rt. My wife, teenager and mom...we did enjoy some good pizza and salads from room service.
