The place was in need of updating. I chose it for price, and you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable. We expected some sort of breakfast but there was only one pot of coffee. Yes, I would stay there again, but don't expect too much.

No housekeeping! When asked they said it was everyday and no one ever came. Since there was no room service we had to go to the front every day and ask for new towels and wait 20 mins for them. Staff at the front desk were rude, the lady kept rolling her eyes at me and no one was ever at the desk so we had to keep calling the phone number. When my husband first got there they made him wait outside in the freezing cold because his name wasn't on the reservation when I said I was on my way. I know it's a cheap hotel and you definitely get what you pay for. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but it was really ridiculous service. Me, nor my family or friends will ever be coming here again.

THEY HOTEL HAD ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE BED. THE FIRST ROOM 119 I HAD TO SHOULDER BUMP LIKE A FOOTBALL PLAYER JUST TO GET IN AND FOUND A ROACH. THEY SWITCH ME TO ANOTHER ROOM AND WAS ANOTHER ROACH AND WATERSPOT AND MOLD ON THE CEILING OVER THE BED. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

Fine for a quick stay
We booked a hotel at the last minute at 12am during a 10 hour drive trip. Check in took 10 mins and we were on our way to the room to sleep before we got on the road again in the morning. Nothing fancy about the room and it was worn down but fine to sleep in for the night.

I liked staying at the Red Roof because competing hotels there are way too expensive. Even though Red Roof is a cheap hotel, there are some bare minimums that were missing. The place has several rooms, but only 1 ice machine and it was broken. The television did not work. The floor was absolutely filthy (my white socks were black within minutes). The parking lot smelled like weed throughout the evening. The room was in disrepair, and the tub faucet runs all night. Again, not expecting a high end experience, but the bare minimums were missing.

The room was okay, flooring showed wear and tear, sink was leaking some and microwave plug needed an adapter to plug in. Room was fairly clean, bed was comfortable, ample parking for our 40' expediter truck. We were double charged for the room, but was promptly refunded.

The beds are so comfortable! I also love the sheets and blanket set up! What I had trouble with was the bathroom. The bathroom definitely needs some attention. New caulking and may be corners scrubbed? I had to kill two bugs and a spider before I got into the shower. Just a little unexpected.

Bed was great, hot water was hot, linens were clean. Rooms need remodeling. 60's and 70's furniture look like yard sale stuff. Grout in tile floors was mildewed to black. I only give it one star grudgingly..

Worst place to stay
The hotel was very, very, unclean. We had to strip the beds because the linens were filthy. We have pictures. There was an odor. The vending machine put out very warm soda. This was the worst place I’ve stayed in my life. There were bugs. The manager wouldn’t open the door, even though I had a reservation. When I finally convinced him to open the door, he did not want to wait on me.

I had to look for a worker to check in. There were dirty rags and hangers stacked in front of our door. The ight over the mirror and sink did not work. There was a condom in the toilet and the water ran constantly in the commode. When the light in the bathroom was turned on, it started the vent fan. The fan sounded like a train. I remember when Red Roof was a quality place to stay. We were very disappointed.
