Upon checking in the lady working the front desk was super unprofessional! She talked about loudly how another guest complained about dirty sheets and a smelly room. That was a red flag to me! Went to our room and found our AC didn’t work and there was a big hole in the wall where it looked like someone had punched it. Went back to the front desk and decided then I wasn’t staying and asked for a refund!!

The front desk clerk upon check in was rude and unhelpful. He barely spoke to me at all while i was checking in. The room was dirty. They do not clean the bed skirts, the one in my room looked like someone had vomited on it. The floor wasnt properly vacuumed and there was hair in the tub. On my day of check out the housekeepers walked right into my room without knocking while i was dressing. I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but apparently they assumed i had already checked out.

Open end the curtain and the glass looked like it had been shot out. We spoke to the front desk and they said that they ordered a glass. They said that there was two of them like that. We complained about it and they finally moved us to another room. We should have gotten our money back. We will never go back.

This hotel was ok. It looked run down in the lobby and in the room. The towels that we were provided were all worn out. Not much of a breakfast selection either. I was not impressed for what I paid.

Overall it was good. Breakfast was good would prefer some fruit. Our room's door was difficult to close and tp holder was broken, otherwise beds were comfortable and clean, if you just need an inexpensive place to stay for a quick stopover this place is fine.

Older, but a good stay.
The hotel was a little dated, but the beds were comfy. It smelled like Old Spice in the hallways, which was actually kind of nice. Breakfast was questionable though, the waffles tasted off.

Great experience during a difficult time
Our family was gathering in the area for a funeral and booked 3 rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast had lots of options. The location was easy on and off the freeways and within 3 miles or less of some great food options. The parking lot is a little small, but manageable.

Our stay started out fine, but at midnight when we were asleep, the fire alarm went off and blasted for over 45 minutes. There was a broken water pipe. The fire dept had to come and shut off the water, so we had no water to use the toilet, shower etc. needless to say we did not get a good nights sleep. I believe we should get some kind of refund, we will see where that goes.

Nice, clean hotel. Night manager very good. Morning person not so. Breakfast way below par. We got there at 8am and most of eggs snd sausage were gone. Out of all jellies but orange. Missing lots of items like hard boiled eggs.

Hotel was fairly recently renovated. Hall carpets clean, room floors clean, bathroom very clean. Lobby used for morning breakfast, always available table space. Breakfast fine, hot and cold items. View and neighborhood industrial/trucking, but convenient to interstate.
