Amazing experience

Posted 15-Dec-2014
This hotel does everything right. It has an awesome indoor pool, complete with a hot tub and a rock structure that has a waterfall. The rooms are very spacious, you get both a living area and a bedroom. Both rooms come complete with a 40 inch flat screen TV. You also get free breakfast, free internet, and between 5:30 and 7:30, there is a manager reception ever day that is available for everyone. During this, there are free snacks and unlimited, free alcohol. Also, the location is perfect. The hotel is 10 minutes from the Easton and Polaris shopping centers and 15 minutes from downtown and Ohio State University.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, easily accessible to lots of great shopping and wonderful restaurants. Easy check in. I was surprised with breakfast, the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had!! Nice pool and hot tub, although the hot tub was too hot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Event happening

Posted 17-Nov-2014
Hotel did not seem prepared for the number of people who came to this event. I feel it may be the event hosts had booked a lot more people than the number they advertised. Only one person at check in and it took quite quite awhile. Could use a bit more soundproofing. The atrium funneled sound to the upper floors and everyone in the hallway could be heard very well from in the room. They did, however, make sure it was toned down late at night. Everything else was great. Beautiful, comfortable, friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The room was wonderful, the batbroom could have been a little cleaner but everything else was great. Staff was nice and friendly and the hotel had every needed so you never had to leave if you didnt want to.

Cons: Building paint and upkeep are starting to show wear and tear. Bathtub fixtures and temperature control system could use updating. Elevators.
Location: In a business area there were not many activities in the area. Temporary onramp construction for 270 made getting around a challenge.
Excellent staff from arrival to departure. This trip we took advantage of breakfast and happy hour offerings and were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the healthy choice selection. On a down side the elevators were slow or none functioning. The main elevator set, only one was functioning and the other could not keep up with the "breakfast traffic". Overall a great stay.

Came In for nationwide children's marathon

Hotel was very nice, comfortable beds and pillows, wish wed had more time there, had to call twice for another towel ( front desk had none available) housekeeping took an hour to deliver. But aside from that we will definitely return!

If you want a quiet stay DO NOT STAY HERE!

Posted 13-Oct-2014
I have stayed at this hotel several times and it's great if you bring earplugs but if not you'll be up most of the night and be awakened early in the morning if you get any sleep at all. Unfortunately, this time I forgot my earplugs. A high school band apparently arrived to stay the night, the kids were running up and down the hallways and yelling at each other from floor to floor outside their rooms. I called down to the front desk twice (each time the phone rang about 50 times before someone at the desk answered) they said they would let security know. The last time I called to complain was at 11:00 p.m. it was so loud I could not here the t.v. in the front room suite!
