Cons: Building paint and upkeep are starting to show wear and tear. Bathtub fixtures and temperature control system could use updating. Elevators.
Location: In a business area there were not many activities in the area. Temporary onramp construction for 270 made getting around a challenge.
Excellent staff from arrival to departure. This trip we took advantage of breakfast and happy hour offerings and were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the healthy choice selection. On a down side the elevators were slow or none functioning. The main elevator set, only one was functioning and the other could not keep up with the "breakfast traffic". Overall a great stay.

Came In for nationwide children's marathon

Hotel was very nice, comfortable beds and pillows, wish wed had more time there, had to call twice for another towel ( front desk had none available) housekeeping took an hour to deliver. But aside from that we will definitely return!

If you want a quiet stay DO NOT STAY HERE!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it's great if you bring earplugs but if not you'll be up most of the night and be awakened early in the morning if you get any sleep at all. Unfortunately, this time I forgot my earplugs. A high school band apparently arrived to stay the night, the kids were running up and down the hallways and yelling at each other from floor to floor outside their rooms. I called down to the front desk twice (each time the phone rang about 50 times before someone at the desk answered) they said they would let security know. The last time I called to complain was at 11:00 p.m. it was so loud I could not here the t.v. in the front room suite!

Our trip to columbus was fun. The location of the hotel made everything easy to get to. The room was nice and the breakfasts were great for free.

Family Vacation

Pros: The separate living room/bedroom area with two TV's
Location: It is not close to downtown. (About a 10 min drive) But that was fine with us because we had our car. It is in a quiet, clean, safe business area.
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights - It was very comfortable. Two large flat screen TV's. One in the bedroom area and one in the living room are. The bedroom and living room area had a door between them so it could be closed if someone wanted to go to sleep earlier and the rest of the family wanted to stay up and watch TV. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. The Manager's evening reception is a wonderful bonus too. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

I stay at the Embassy Suites on Corporate Drive in Columbus, Ohio weekly, when I travel to graduate school and I keep going back because everything is always so great that I can't find a reason not to go back!

My room wa not up to par per my other visits here. There was wet plaster on the wall & the tub drain was rusted out. One of the 4 elevators was out of service & the hotel was completely packed for that weekend! For the price of this hotel there should be no flaws with the room!

Room wasn't ready, shuttle service was horrible, breakfast was decent but not very hot! Front desk clerk was not hpful or accommodating at all !!!

The pool is always too cold. If you have a reservation on a Saturday try to get there at least two hours early bc we had to wait from 3 to 6 to get a room
