“We will definitely be back”

This is my first ever hotel review, felt like I owed it to the hotel and staff. This is a VERY clean hotel. Breakfast was great lots to choose from. My husband was doubtful because the lobby was so nice. He thought the staff would be snobs, but they were absolutely lot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the airport, but you could not hear the airplanes from inside the hotel. This was one of the few times I didn't get sinus congestion from the hotel ventilation. We will most definitely book this hotel again.

“Best Columbus airport area hotel”

We stayed at 3 different hotels around the Columbus airport on this trip (for personal reasons). Embassy Suites by far was the nicest. Biggest room, very good breakfast included, nice looking lobby, helpful staff. If we had known ahead of time how much nicer it was, and how close to the other ones, we would have just stayed for all 4 nights.

“We will definitely be back!!!”

This is a marvelous hotel. The suites are wonderfully laid out, the staff is ttetive and skilled, the hotel has a fresh and modern design that makes it a pleasure to enter the lobby and a greater pleasure to go u p to the room, which is ery well sound-proofed as well. Easy to get to, restaurants, Highwys and the airport next door, and all that for about half what I would have considered a fair price. Well done, EmbassySuites!

“Embassy Suites, Columbus, OH”

This was our second stay at Embassy Suites Columbus and just as enjoyable. Clean rooms, helpful, friendly staff, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as well. We also took advantage of the Happy Hour beverages/snacks. This hotel is conveniently located to downtown Columbus with taxi/shuttle service readily available. We have recommended this Embassy Suites to family/friends!

“Great, Modern Hotel”

The Embassy Suites Columbus-Airport was really nice! The furnishings were modern and comfortable. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and didn't feel like we were in each other's space. The daily breakfast was good and there was quite a variety on the buffet. The omelet chef was great. This was way more than a continental breakfast. The only thing that disappointed me was paying $9.95 for 24 hours of Internet access.

“Sucessful Family Reunion-Great Place to Stay”

Staff were fantastic - kept me and my entire family more than comfortable. A group of us ate lunch there and the food order was not right - I think the employee was new. The hotel adjusted our bill accordingly, very customer service friendly. All staff from front desk, repair person who fixed our clogged sink, to maid serivce were pleasant and made our entire family feel welcomed. Definitely will use this hotel again as a place our family can meet.
