“Will always stay here.”
When staying overnight Columbus I will ALWAYS stay here if I can.
“Friendly service, great location!”
We had a wonderful experience at the Drury Inn. We took the Megabus in from out of town, and arrived at the hotel a few hours before the normal check-in. No problem, our room was ready and they let us check in! We had time to enjoy the hot tub and pool and to relax in our room. We went to grab a bite to eat, the hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurants! Then we were treated to the 5:30 Kickback, lots of snacks and free drinks! Then, a short walk to see a hockey game at Nationwide Arena. We were also granted a late check out the following day. The staff members were all friendly and helpful! We are returning to Columbus in April and have already booked our room at the Drury Inn! Great hotel!
“great time”
We went to visit COSI and then spent the night at Drury Inn. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. My only complaint was while watching them the chlorine in the air was so strong, that my eyes were burning. The kids didn't seem to notice it. We ate dinner there that night at the evening spread that was included in the hotel price. The food was delicious, varied, and plentiful. I even ate the chicken tenders which I normally do not eat. The beds were comfortable which I can't say about a lot places. When we go out of town again, I will be looking for a Drury Inn.
“Lots of extras for the price”
The hotel offered free happy hour, breakfast buffet, and soft drinks and popcorn. All the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful finding locations around the city for us to visit. We would definetly stay there again!
“For young couples, excellent location.”
This was an excellent stay. Excellent hospitality and perfect location for a young couple. Not only was wifi free they also include free hot breakfast as well as free dinner for all guests. Nice pool and fitness room.
“Drury Inn”
No complaints... clean, convenient, excellent hotel for the price. Has an awesome indoor/outdoor pool that the kids loved! Free appetizers and refreshments, although too long of a line to wait to get any of the refreshments. Lobby and eating area are not big enough to seat all of the people for the free refreshments. So we took our free appetizers back to the room. The only issue would be the elevators.... only in one location and service the entire hotel... made for a long wait. Other than that, the hotel was great! Will definitely go back.
“Great place to stay”
Wanting to take a quick trip to Columbus with my family to visit the Statehouse, Columbus Zoo and Waterpark, and COSI, I wanted to stay downtown. The Drury had a good location (walking distance to the capitol) and connecting to the Convention Center, plus the price was reasonable, with multiple restaurants within walking distance. All employees we encountered were pleasant, the pool was very nice, with an inside section and an outdoor section, and the hot tub was that..hot! Nice too. The included breakfast consisted of biscuits, waffles, eggs, sausage, and gravy..selected cereals, muffins etc. and juices. It was nice. The hotel also has a complimentary dinner snack...chicken strips, mac-and-cheese, hot dogs, and baked potatoes...with soda, and two complimentary adult beverages. The food made my 9 year old happy, and me too...the price was right. The room was nice, comfortable, clean, and pretty quiet. Parking was $12/day Again, had a great visit and we would stay at the Drury again. Mike P. Kent, OH
“Friendliest Hotel Ever”
The warmth of the staff compensates for the few problems: small dining area, simple food offering, harsh towels and recalcitrant elevators. Wherever one encountered staff, they were friendly and helpful. Their attitude was infectious and soon everyone you encountered was smiling and pleasant. The decor was friendly and warm; the pools were large and inviting. Additional staff was needed in the dining area. It was too much for just one attendant. When supplies ran out, it took awhile for the lone worker to remedy. Still, that lone worker was absolutely friendly! I will be returning!
“Event at Nationwide Arena - Stay at Drury”
Modern clean Hotel room with large reception area filled nightly with Manager's Reception for guests. Free wireless versus other Hotels in area.
“Great stay!”
Staff was helpful and friendly the entire stay. It was great to have a hot breakfast included in the stay with coffee cups to take out. Also, the 5:30 Kickback is such a great addition to the room. The room was extrememly clean and comfy. Lastly, the hotel has a great and central location.
