The hotel was good for overnight stay. Advertised free breakfast included, but there wasn’t any, just good coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Slept well. The pool and lobby are pleasant,- looking even though I didn’t swim. Exercise room is nice.

The room was okay, barren but I slept well. Almost no channels on the TV. No breakfast bar, just coffee. Shower was a bit tricky to get set right and the water pressure & temp was good. Good that there was a shuttle to the airport. Brandon was awesome, only thing was that he forgot to add me and a number of others to the shuttle schedule.

The Hotel is dated, but overall very clean. We used their shuttle service for airport and was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and prompt when we called for pickup.

The property has a pool and plenty of room. It is quiet in this motel. The area, however, does not have much to eat within walking distance, only a few taco trailers with which to order food.

Great place to stay if you want to feel like you are in The Overlook Hotel from The Shinning. The hotel itself has beautiful bones and was probably grand in its hayday which has long past. The lobby is spectacular yet gives you an erie feeling with it's dim lighting and complete silence. The rooms are have seen some major wear and tare but are clean and smell very nice. The hotel staff are very kind and accommodating. There is NO BREAKFAST, the website says there is but they only serve limited coffee and juice, no food. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel but overall it's an okay place to stay for cheap.

Checked into a "clean room" ha!!! There was pillows covered with hair. Obviously hasn't been changed. Bathroom had hair all over the floor. Hot water didn't work in the sink. Trying to get hot water was a challenge. Had to wait 5 minutes for it then it kept changing temperature and the tap was weird. All the way left was cold. All the way right was cold. Someone was vacuuming in the evening. No breakfast in the morning. Just coffee you'll spit out. No changing of the sheets till after checkout or request. The place could have the potential to be a great place but needs to be revamped.

This place should be torn down!
I guess the saying " you get what you pay for" holds true, although this place shouldn't even be open for public use at all! The building is old, dirty, and in desperate need of repair. I traveled there for an overnite stay after a long flight, the front desk person was creepy and short with his answers to any of my questions, but i booked online and it was non refundable although i plan on reaching out to expedia and hotels.com as this place should not even be listed as it is not suitable for any human to stay in. It literally looks abandoned!!! Stay away!!!

On the internet it showed breakfast as an amenity, there was not even coffee offered. The pool was beautiful but so freezing cold no way to get in and relax, and no access to the spa. Very unsatisfied with what we were cpevting as a short needed get away.

The guy there Brandon or whatever his name was. With the long black hair & the glasses harassed me for 2hrs while I was there! Making threats & the police wasn't helpful. They never showed up & eventually stop answering my calls!! He needs to get fired! He followed me around in the company van multiple times yelling at me telling me I don't belong there! Took his glasses off trying to fight me!! I have multiple videos that I will be posting!! My stay was a joke & I told the manager he said I'm sorry. Didn't look at the videos or take his name down or anything. Didn't even look me in my eye when I was talking to him!! The Asian looking guy was rude!! Over all this place is trash! WiFi kept shutting off & they're are wrong for still being open with that staff there now!!

The night I got there, I was in my room relaxing and next thing I know a couple had opened my door and entered my room and scared the s--t out of me, I thought I was getting robbed. I guess management assigned my room to someone else. Also washer dosen't work it soaks your colthes but dosen't wash. I got a "No Smoking" room but the hallway is penetranted with cigarette smoke and marijuana smell. And last but not least on the website it says free breakfast but they dont serve breakfast I was surprised. Staff said only coffee. Only positive for me was the airport shuttle it was very convenient.

Oh No!!
No breakfast. Needed toilet seat covers, rooms were not cleaned, paint all over the rooms, and hallways were dirty. If you can get past all the flaws it’s a place to stay….

Kinda dirty w/unreliable shuttle service
The only reason I stayed at this place is because its proxminty to the airport and the fact that there was a "shuttle". This is in quotes because the night before I was told the shuttle runs every hour until 7am, but when I went to the front deck to make this this was accurate, I was told the next shuttle was at 7am. Had I not checked I would have missed my flight; I hate to Uber. Also, the hotel is in ratty condition, the elevator didn't work, floors were dirty, the room smelled as if it were just painted and then for some reason burned, and when I called to the front desk no one answered. This will probably be the last time I stay here, I'll pay more to ensure there's a shuttle and that I feel clean while there.

Dirty, Noisy, smelled like stale cigarettes, beds from the 90s (mattresses and bedding) mystery stains on everything. Didn't have breakfast like it said they would. Which I probably wouldn't have touched with a ten foot pole anyways.Should probably be torn down or set on fire and just try again.

The facility has the potential to be nice. Room was clean. Friendly staff, but the rest of the building & grounds need scrubbed, vaccumed, sprayed(smelled like weed), old linens remained in the hallway, etc..

Bed was very comfortable! Room was very quiet. Old bathroom fixtures. Shuttle bus drivers were both very nice. Lovely atrium with swimming pool. Breakfast bar has been shut down.
