“very impressed / very clean !!!!!!”
the staff went out of their way to make you welcome.rooms very clean.transportation from hotel to airport was excelent.when vacation was over and we needed picked up from the airport i called and within 10 minutes the driver was at the airport(.excelent service ) canot say enough about the service....... driver was excelent went above and beyound his job would diffently stay again!!!!!!!!
“Will return when 8th Grandchild arrives”
It was my daughter's special weekend....her baby shower was being hosted by friends and family. Our youngest daughter and her husband are expecting their first baby (it's a girl} in April. They live in Columbus, Ohio. The rest of our family is scattered in Cincinnati, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. The shower was a great success. Your location to the Easton Mall and the Carlson Columbus Airport were great landmarks and easy access to I-70. We all plan to return when the baby is born. I will certainly recommend Country Inn & Suites for the family gathering to welcome the newest member of our growing family.

“Great value for money”
The staff at this modestly priced hotel could not have been more helpful to us when we were there for eight nights this July. Jessica the assistant manager especially took time to print directions for us and find information we required. All staff were helpful and made us feel at home. There was coffee at all times of the day or night in the foyer and usually cookies too. The gym was well used by my daughter and the pool was also well used by other travellers. Our room was clean and comfortable and of a good size. We had booked for four nights but extended this to eight because of the service.
“Great place to stay.”
The hotel was wonderful. Our only problem was that the directions from the airport on their website were very vague and we had a hard time finding it. Other than that, it was a great place. Very clean, nice bedding, and good breakfast. We would stay again.
“Great for airport access”
I stayed at the hotel with my ederly mother & she found it very convient for her. The only problem I had was on my return because my plane came in at 2:45 & their shuttle isn't available until 4:00. I took a taxi from the airport & the price was only $12.44 so with a tip I didn't pay anymore than if I had tipped the shuttle driver.
“Great place for Comfort”
I would definitely stay at this hotel again and again. It was clean throughout the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and super clean. The staff was very courteous; from desk clerks to housekeepers. The indoor pool area was clean and refreshing to me and my kids. Hotel was located close to my family and friends. Not to mention close to shopping malls. Awesome experience!
“better than expected”
my wife,daughter, and i had booked a room with 2 double beds. after arriving at the hotel without my daughter, i asked to upgrade to a king size bed. they were very accomodating and changed our room immediately to a king bed with an attached suite. very friendly staff. good value.
“This stay has set the standards for any future lodging!”
I tend to be skeptical of lodging near the airport, specially as a woman traveling alone. But the hotel was not only in wonderful, clean and serviceable condition. The business center and internet access was free and the staff was attentive and quickly addressed special arrangements such as having an earlier shuttle than they usually do to ensure I didn't miss my next morning flight! If the staff and facilities of Country Inn are the same nationwide, this will be my hotel of choice for all future business travel.
“Close to airport”
Employees were fantastic! You can leave your car there for free and they even take you to the airport no charge. When we returned 4 days later our care was even cleaned off from the previous days snow. What a great place!
