Price and location were good but the person in room next to me made loud coughing/hacking sounds most of night which interfered with sleep . Breakfast was poor - not quality - eggs rubbery and no sides or variety - muffins poor and no bagels! Staff was friendly though

There are people that live in this hotel. They should advise u on that on their website Hanging out in hall and doors. Smell food being cooked ex fish. Only one washer working 2 dryers but did not dry. After spending 10$ Guy at check in was nice. Rooms clean

Dear Mr. Randolph, Thank you for staying with us this past weekend, good to know that you had good stay with some inconvenience at guest laundry, and I apologies for that we are currently working to replace washer ASAP dryer needed to remove lint prior to each use to use it most sufficiently. Additionally all guest are welcome to bring their food or having it delver to their room is also an option however we do not have room with kitchen to cook food on premises. We hope you offer us another chance to accommodate you better at your future stay.

The room was ok for just one night. Waking up I did however see a roach crawl across the space at the window and down the crack by the wall. Breakfast wasn’t really much at all so I had a coffee and we opted for chic fila across the street.

Was not a fast check in. Rooms are a bit smaller. There was a roach in the bathroom. The staff started knocking on the door before check out time. Then said i would be fined for staying late. Probably won't go back. Also my deposit was removed from my account. Not just held like most places which will cause me to have a 2 week wait time to get those funds back.

The worst hotel room I've staid in in all of Columbia, and Ive staid in quite a few: toilet seat was broken and kept slipping off when used; nightstand clock inoperable; no electrical outlet access on either nightstand; damaged furniture; poor lighting. You should really be ashamed to claim this facility as part of your collection of hotels. Embarrassing to say the least.

First, we need use the iron board, it was broken. When we ask for replacement, the girl in front desk was surprised because it's not supposed there someone in the bedroom because they have been removed all of them, and not there any other in the hotel. Second, no have ATM machine, its necessary, for the hostess no have to get out the hotel in the night to looking for money to get change, that not there, to use the washer, and by the way only one was function.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The pillows were great, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and smelled fresh. They had a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning as well.
