Not sound proof at all! Could hear people all night long! Also the property was updated but the windows were not’. Could hear all the road noise also!

We didn’t end up staying here as they declined our booking due to pets. I am okay with not taking us but they said they wouldn’t charge us when they responded to booking. They did. Repeated emails have gone unanswered. This booking was via Expedia but they do have ability to decline and ensure not charged.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. I loved having a small kitchenette. The rooms are newly renovated and I believe they are still in the process of renovation. Very affordable pricing. You get a lot of bang for your buck.

Newly renovated rooms were fully equipped with kitchenette. Still under construction and unfortunately there was no Wifi during our stay. The first room had a water leak from exterior rain event but it appeared this was only due to recent renovation. A comparable room was quickly provided and service was excellent.

Great location and brand new hotel. Had a good night sleep with nice bedding. But, since new, there were some items not yet completed... for for hotel management... no hangars provided, no soap dish, no hooks to hang a towel or clothing inside bathroom, coffee was provided in the room, however, only one decaf and one regular... we had to flip a coin on who drank the regular between the two of us. The room was yet to be decorated as well. Was great location, right next door walking distance to several good restaurants. I'm sure soon they will attend to these details.
