“Great experience”

This was our first trip to the Columbia area and the hotel was easy to locate just off the interstate. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly...rooms were clean and comfortable (Love the sleep number beds!)....the workout facility was clean and spacious. The only thing I would have enjoyed more is if the pool would have been outside. We had a great experience and we would recommend this hotel to our friends.

“good hotel”

The hotel room was very clean and organized when I first arrived. I only stayed for one night but it was very comfortable. The staff at the front greeted me instantly and helped me out right away. I would stay here again if I had to travel that way

“Recommend hotel, but skip the restaurant”

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We asked for a room located on the side of the hotel fartherest from the railroad tracks, as some other reviews indicated the trains were distracting during the night. In our room, it was very quiet all night. The beds were adjustbable and comfortable. The only negative is the hotel restaurant: The staff seemed undertrained - forgot what sides cames with the meals, did not remove salad plates after bringing the entree, did not offer re-fills on beverages, etc. For breakfast, the bacon was served with grease drippingm the "over-easy" eggs were "medium", and the waitress forgot the topping requested for the waffles, Therefore, I would recommend staying at the hotel, but would skip the restaurant. There are a few near-by places to eat and a mall with cinema complex is located about 6 miles away.
