The customer service was outstanding!
Yes this house had everything we needed and more - extremely comfortable beds, all the spices we needed, clean towels, excellent laundry facilities. But what puts this place above others is the home's owner, Jen - her communication and support are second to none!

1st Time in Montana!
The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We were gone most days for 10 or 12 hours, and it was great to come back to a place that felt like home, where we could make supper and gather around the table or the fire pit, to visit about the days events. Jennelle was a very pleasant host and gave us some good advice on things to do while we were in town. We absolutely loved our first visit to Montana and spent most of our time at glacier National Park. We went to the local rodeo on the last night we were there and had a fantastic time!! Thank you Montana & Jennelle!!

Relaxing family getaway
Exactly what we wanted for our family getaway. House is so relaxing, the decor is welcoming, loved the 4 level layout of house - our kids enjoyed the lower half, had there own area to themselves. Only hinder was the heat, couldn't read #'s on individual thermostat. Of course house was little cold because it's winter but didn't want to trip them by going over the recommended degree setting. Highly recommend for families wanting to stay all in one house, to have a little separation and to be somewhat away from hustle & bustle of others.

Wonderful Home near Glacier National Park
This was a wonderful home to stay at when visiting Glacier National Park! There was so much space, and the owner was extremely nice and helpful! It was a great experience for my family of 5!

Sweet home in Columbia Falls
This very cozy home had a very nice setup for our family. The kids loved the bonus room with their own couches, TV, chalk boards, and loft beds! While in a neighborhood, the house was set back in trees and very private. The host was very pleasant to deal with. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook large meals. Overall, a nice home.

A work in progress
It appeared when the property was purchased it was in need of a great deal of updating and improvements. I would estimate only about 45 to 50% of necessary improvements and updates have been completed. The house and surrounding outer property are very tired and in need of additional work. Functional but in need of work.

All was well except for clogged bath/shower. With 5 adults we needed the two showers, but made it work. House does need some maintenance, but overall, it worked great. Very roomy and quiet!

We were in kalispell for my father’s funeral, they went out of there way to accommodate us.
The house is amazing, we loved staying there, we wished we could haves stayed longer!! Our kids especially loved the house.

Convenient location
We enjoyed the property, but central air would have made it more comfortable in this unusually hot summer. We loved the big kitchen table where all 8 of us could share meals and play games. Host was quick to respond to the few issues we had. Location is convenient for our many hikes in Glacier and visits to Whitefish.

Great location.
Location was awesome. The house could definitely use some tlc. Was hotter than expected. They did have fans which were very dirty. Needs some items replaced. Beds were very comfortable.

Great place with one hiccup!
The place was perfect. Cozy and warm. It was a described. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but it could be difficult to find as the house numbers are all over the place in the subdivision. When we arrived at the property, the key codes sent in the email were outdated. We tried calling but It didnt help that there was no cell coverage in the area. So we had to drive out into the city and tried to call the owners. This ordeal took a couple of hours to get squared away. When we got in the property, it was just as described.

Good Times
My friends and I stayed here for our adventure in Glacier National Park. Very comfortable place to crash after a long day hiking and climbing. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to the grocery store. The kitchen was clean and full of cookwear for meal prep, the shed had plenty of firewood, and the beds were clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

lovely home away from home
This home had everything imaginable available for our use. Located in a country development.and tucked away from traffic. We had a couple of resident deer who kept an eye on us from a distance. There were only 3 and at times 4 staying with us in this home...but what wonderful home for a larger family with 4 levels. A very good find at a good price.

Spacious property great for relaxing getaway
We had a wonderful stay in this property. Jennelle was very responsive to some minor issues we had with a heater and smoke detector. It's not a luxury property but has everything you might need in terms of dishes, amenities, etc. We really enjoyed the fire pit and met some friendy neighborhood cats as well as seeing deer in the mornings/evenings. Really easy access to Glacier National Park and surrounding hiking area. Would highly recommend this property, especially for large groups or families, and would definitely stay here again!

Remote, simple livin’
This is a quaint cottage experience, in the middle of a working class neighborhood in Colombia Falls. It is close to everything, which made it nice. The amenities are not luxurious, but adequate. It is nice for a family experience, since there is so much room and multiple areas to “spread out”. But the digs are simple.

First time in Glacier Nat'l Park
Our group had a wonderful trip to Glacier. Jennelle was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Generally the house was in good order. However, previous guests had not left the kitchen as tidy as they should have. We re-washed most of the dishes we used. I know the owner's purpose is to raise money for a very worthy non-profit, but some general upkeep was needed (porch furniture,windows,etc.). With a little work, a higher daily rate could be charged. Beds, bathrooms, living room were all clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet and parking adequate.

Home was charming, roomy and appointed well. Janelle has done a fantastic job with the interior design and decorations. The home is quiet and easy to find. Location is private but accessible. Close to groceries, restaurants and only 20 minutes to West Glacier entrance. Upon arrival, the hot water was short lived and depleted much too quickly for a house that sleeps up to 10. We had seven and had to wait an hour between short luke warm showers. I contacted owner and she did send a plumber over to remedy the problems, however it wasnt until 3 days into our stay. I also reached out to inquire about where wash clothes and trashbags could be found. There were an abundance of towels but no washrags. The last day of our 5 day stay, trashbags were provided but no washrags. Other than the hot water issue, the other issues are minor. I only mentioned it because they are 2 items I would not have expected to have to request and once I did, the washrags never were delivered, hence the 4 stars on communication overall.

A place to find peace, tranquility and dream
Truly can say that we never had a more meaningful experience,. The home, is roomy with a charming playroom for our 3 year old grandson, well stocked and spotless , comfy beds, Winnie roast by the fire pit, Easter. Egg hunt in the wooded area, I could go on and on. We have stayed in the best penthouse and condos in this area but in this lovely family home we could be a family for 2 weeks watching our grandson run outside , sitting by the fire , we left with wonderful memories. Great home with a large basement for the kids!
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The house was clean and much larger than we anticipated. Everything we needed was on the premises. The house was clean and tidy. We easily had room for four kids in the basement with plenty of space for them to play and hang out. We were in the area to ski at Whitefish Mountain and the home was about 30 minutes from the hill. We would definitely recommend this house to others and will likely stay here again in the future.

Clean 4-bedroom located 30 minutes from West Glacier entrance.
The best things about the house were cleanliness, bunk beds in basement, # of bedrooms, open floor plan, big kitchen table, washer/dryer and Netflix. Improvements are needed for most all the windows (e.g. windows did not open, another window did not close from inside house so had to close from the outside), ceiling light in master bedroom did not work, we had to stand on beds to turn in ceiling fans, and overall limited lighting throughout house.

Quick sleep
We got to Montana Dawn late night and left early in the morning so we didn’t have time to really enjoy your cute home. While my bed was comfortable, the sheets were not. They had “pills” all over them. An easy thing to fix. My other family members said their beds were comfortable. Also, there isn’t much you can do about the train that passes by several times in the night. Everyone was pleasantly surprised to have coffee and tea available in the morning. Thank you for sharing your home.

Jan, thanks for your review. It sounds like you had a great stay. You would be correct, we don't have a direct link with BNSF railway to ask them to be quiter. Although, it's one of our favorite parts of home, probably because we grew up next to the railway all of our lives. We certainly will take note of the sheets right away. Best Place to Stay for a Family!
Our family of 7 stayed here while we visited Glacier National Park, and I can't imagine a better place to stay. We had plenty of room. Our younger kids (ages 4 to 11) enjoyed the room downstairs with their own tv, while my 13 year old loved having a room to his own on the next level. We loved the classic Nintendo, which brought back so many memories for my husband. It was fun to watch him show our kids how to play Punch-Out! The drive to Glacier National Park wasn't bad at all. However, it was pretty crowded when we visited (end of July), and we finally realized that a lot of people left the park around 4:30pm. We would visit all the popular spots in the evening since it wouldn't get dark until late! One day before visiting the park, we went to the Amazing Fun Center nearby in Coram and went through the huge maze- it was so much fun! The mini golf course was great, too. We made some great family memories at Montana Dawn. Our children were missing the house by that evening! Thanks for sharing your home with us, Jennelle!

Our stay at Montana Dawn was great. Everything we needed was available and the Cassidy family was responsive and very accommodating to some unplanned requests. The location is perfect for Glacier National Park, Flatehead Lake and a lot of other interesting places to make day visits. Excellent hiking, swimming, kayaking and relaxing. Spacious House - Large Backyard
Only 15 Minutes from Airport. Only 15 minutes from Whitefish, MT which as many nice restaurants and stores. Only 40 minutes from Western entrance to Glacier National Park. We wanted convenience to local attractions so it fit our needs The house was well kept. Needs less decorations to be kid-proof. House is a tri-level with stairs. It is in a quiet area.
