“Nice place to stay”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restraurant was a family nice place to eat. Parking could have been better but always found a spot close to stairs for upper floor.

“Decent quality at convenient price”

The hotel is located in suburban area, but not far from city center and connected via public transportation. The hotel look pretty old, but the room was renovated and overall pretty clean, although furniture and blankets are not first hand. The swim pool was out of order (although advertised to work), and wireless internet connection was not covering the whole hotel area, so forced to go on to the internal Biz center. Continental Breakfast was ok, compared to similar hotels.

“Nice hotel in a poor area.”

This hotel was adequate for our needs, but not in the best area of Colorado Springs. If this hotel was in a better area, I would go back, but now that I am familliar with the city, I will look at different areas.

“Poor Choice”

We were very disappointed in the condition of the room and the overall comfort. The room had an interesting smell, there were several things with cleanliness, like carpet not vacuumed, dusty table and dresser tops,and the pillows were flat. When we went to the Continental Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. there was nothing left, the condition of the breakfast area was very cluttered and not clean. So overall we would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

“Not Impressed”

The hotel has become run down and lacks many of the amenities that even lower budget hotels currently offer. I will not be staying here again.

A hotel that is fast running down in a seedy part of town.

“You Get What You Pay For”

Staff was very nice but this is a LOW budget hotel in a not-so-great part of town. Never had a hot shower and the pillows were like pancakes.

“If you're on a tight budget and you only need a room for a day....”

You'll have to make a u-turn somewhere to get into this hotel if you're coming from the freeway. This hotel is in what I would guess to be the "bad" part of town. I was a little worried something may happen to our car while we were sleeping but everything was fine. I didn't feel unsafe, just sceptical of the area. The room ddn't have a remote control, apparently you get them at check-in but the lady forgot, which was no big deal because we just surfed the web on our laptops and didn't complain until check-out. It's a rough hotel room but for the price it was what you would expect. I don't think anyone would want to spend more than one night in this place although I suspect this place has weekly rates. Pros: cheap and right off the interstate with food near cons: old, there was a lotof hair in the shower and on the blanket, the towels were obviously old and slightly stained.

“Find Somewhere Else”

Plenty of other nice places elsewhere.
