This was my second time staying here and first time using the 2 bedroom suite. The only complaint would be the configuration of the suite. It had one bathroom in a hallway. I would think in the room would have been better. Other than that it was cool. The suite next to us was pretty noisy and they were just talking at a normal level so don't expect it to be a quiet haven and I smelled all the food they were burning. 😂

Location was great. It's close to groceries, variety of restaurants and breweries :) Not far from Garden of the Gods.. great hiking. Our room was what we expected, a queen studio with kitchenette, clean. Our frig wasn't working getting cold enough. I did report to front desk staff and within 10 minutes, the maintenance gentleman came and replaced the frig as not have us wait for him to run a diagnostic test. They have a pretty good continental breakfast choices. We're pretty picky , so we had bought out own breakfast items. Our stay was 5 nights and we would definitely stay there again. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Lobby area very clean , breakfast area very clean, as were the common areas.

The breakfast was a little disappointing and nobody was usually at the front desk. It was still a great value for a couple nights for our family to have a suite with bedrooms with doors

This property tells by Marriott, but I feel it's not. I took a room with queen bed and sofa bed. Unfortunately the sofa I can't use because of lots of pet hair. Also in the room no garbage bags kept in the garbage bin. We were 4 of our family, felt very bad and it's in hygiene due to pet hairs. If they are allowing pet then they should take care of hygiene and cleaning everything properly, which is not there at all. I will never stay in this kind of property

Comfortable enough for 4 people
The beds in the rooms are comfy but the sofa bed in the living room is not. There's no full length mirror besides in the bathroom area which makes it tough for 4 women to get ready at the same time. We borrowed a rice cooker from the front desk that was dirty and scratched up. Frying pan in kitchen was also scratched up and barely enough utensils available. Breakfast had enough variety and staff were friendly.

Clean, comfortable, well maintained, quiet, and away from the Co Springs congestion. LOTS of things to do and see in the area. Not a big selection of restaurants but sufficient. only saw a couple homeless people hanging about once otherwise looked very safe.

Great amenities and so close to Garden of the Gods
I love that the hotel room we stayed in has a newly renovated bathroom and walk-in shower instead of a tub that I personally di not use, and they put refillable body wash, shampoo & conditioner on the shower wall. The beat hair dryer I have seen in a hotel room, too.

The Good: Room has kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, sink, dish washing supplies. There is a Safeway grocery store across the intersection so this is a great place to stay if you want to make your own meals. Also a couple quick serve restaurants (Chipotle and Panda Express) plus a couple full serve restaurants (Black Bear Diner and Marigold Cafe) within one block. Queen bed was very comfortable. Bathroom has combo shower and tub (which I like) and sink inside bathroom (which I prefer to sinks outside). Only about a ten minute drive from Garden of the Gods (which is why I chose this hotel). The Bad: Main street has no entrance to hotel and you have to access it through an obscure rear street/alley. Also no large signs so hotel is hard to find. Low impact commercial area is safe but not scenic; not a place to go for a walk. Television was on when I checked in (with a welcome message) but when I turned it off it immediately turned back on and it took several tries to keep it off. Desk lamp was on when I checked in and it took a while to find off switch, which was on the cord hanging underneath the desk. My room had a connecting door to next room and the sound from the next room’s television came through on the first night. (Thankfully room seemed to be empty second and third night). Room window faced a commercial building and gas station and on first morning someone there was yelling intermittently beginning at 5am.

Had a great three night stay here.
Had a great stay here. This place is all around comfort. The rooms are really nice and the beds are very comfortable The only complaint would be that the breakfast area is really small and gets very crowded at peak times. We just ate in the lobby. I want to give a shout out to Toi at the front desk. She went over and above to help us out with a booking problem. If we are ever in the Colorado Springs area we would definitely stay here again.
