- Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas avenant
- Nous sommes arrivés à 14h20 et c'est bien la première fois que l'on nous demande 20$ pour une arrivée avant 15h00, ce qui n'est pas prévu dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. On peut douter que le personnel met les 20$ dans leur poche. Nous avons bien évidemment attendu 15h00 pile.
- Le spa avait une eau sale et du sable au fond.

I thought it was incredible how much value I received for the price I paid. I had a microwave and fridge, as well as a continental breakfast, pool, hot tub, and exercise room. It truly had everything I needed!

Staff was wonderful. Janelle at front desk very friendly and informative. Food area well stocked and clean.

Wonderful stay. Super comfy beds. Great breakfast in the morning. Pool and hot tub were very clean.
