The carpet in the rooms were extremely dirty! I asked for another room and they moved us to a room that the carpet was more dirty than the room we left. The carpet in these rooms should be removed I asked for replaced with tile so the maid can mop the floors. I asked for a discount but I have to ask you for our discount or refund. Please respond to our request for a refund. Thank you. I reported the dirty carpet to the front desk this morning at checkout but he said I couldn’t get a discount because I booked through you. So please honor our request for a discount or a refund. But if your property is going to advertise for these hotels then they sh e up to standard and be clean. Thank you!
