“Nous y retournons dès que possible”

“Hotel proche metro avec un très bon service”
Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet hotel et nous n'avons pas grand chose à redire! Le service était impeccable, les employés de l'hotel parlent très bien anglais. Les meubles, la tv font un peu vieux (surement acheté en 1990...) mais bon on n'est pas trop là pour ça :) La piscine et le sauna sont très sympa après une journée de tourisme au bord du Rhin... Un petit bemol, le wifi n'est pas gratuit :-/ mais heureusement un ordinateur connecté est à disposition pour checker ses mails :)
“Mercure Koln West : très bon rapport qualité prix”
Un hôtel au bon rapport qualité prix, situé en périphérie de cologne mais disposant d'un grand parking et à seulement quelques mètres du tramway pour le centre ville. Très bonnes prestations, notamment avec une petite piscine et un saune et un petit déjeuner d'excellente qualité et comportant beaucoup de choix.
“Would definitely stay there again!”
Very pleased, very easy to get to by tram from the centre. Hotel food really nice - the burgers in the hotel restaurant were the best we have ever tasted and would love to go back just to eat there again! Very friendly staff and clean room. Would definitely stay here again! There was a timetable in reception which had all the tram times to get to Cologne centre. I did read online there was free internet, the first night I paid 4 euros for 30 minutes on my laptop but I would recommend using the free computer with internet in the reception!
“Un bon hôtel pour un séjour rapide à Cologne.”
Les plus: Cet hôtel est très bien desservi: il est proche des accès à l'autoroute, il met un grand parking gratuit à disposition des clients et un arrêt de tram se trouve à 200m de l'entrée. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux. Le personnel est très sympathique et disposé à rendre service. La chambre est agréablement meublée et propose une salle de bains moderne et fonctionnelle. Les moins Un petit bémol pour les ammateurs de heisse Schokolade au petit-déj: il n'y en a pas! Il fait très chaud dans la chambre (pas d'impact de nos manipulations du supposé thermostat) et pas de mini-bar. On se retrouve facilement avec des lits jumeaux malgré le souhait d'un lit double sur expédia.
“Easy to find and good value”
This was a good hotel with excellent facilities and easy to find on the outskirts of the city. Not far from the tram, it is also convenient to get into the centre. The room was clean and had everything we expected. The pool was very welcome after a long drive. The beds were a little hard and extra pillows would have been useful although this seems to be usual in Germany.
“Ideal Stop Off”
Picked the hotel for its location about 250 miles from Calais and (2/3 of the way through our cross europe journey. Very pleasantly surprised. Clean, modern and with comfortable beds. As we were eating late, restaurant staff looked after us well and charged a reasonable price as the buffet had been attacked by a large group earlier. Back on to the motorway in just a couple of minutes in the morning. Will definitely go back when next traveling through Germany.

Great value for money. Only a short tram ride into the centre of town. Reception staff were very helpful.
“Ideal place for a short trip”
Rooms were clean and comfortable - good value for money. Parking is free at the hotel and I would recommend using the local tram service (stop is less than a 5 minute walk -ideal) to get into Cologne city centre. Hotel is located right next to large out-of-town shopping places. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as it was expensive. Cologne is a lovely city and has some fantastic shopping, sights and nightlife. This hotel was perfect, as it was good value for money and located near the tram stop - if you just want a place to rest for the night this hotel is the one for you.
“Mercure in Cologne”
No climatisation inside the room, so it was so so hot. And the personnel early morning maked a lot of noisy. And also noisy from the street. I will not recommend this hotel.
