During the winter, enjoy onsite recreation like cross-country skiing and snowshoeing and return when the snow melts for a round of golf at the onsite golf course. After a day on the slopes, enjoy treatments at the full-service spa and swims in the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Getting to the slopes is a breeze with the resort's ski shuttle. At the end of the day, order après-ski drinks at the resort's bar.

Cranberry Resort offers 78 air-conditioned accommodations with coffee/tea makers and makeup/shaving mirrors. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down comforters, and premium bedding. Televisions come with premium cable channels, complimentary TV Internet access, and pay movies. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks and direct-dial phones with voice mail; free local calls are provided (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include blackout drapes/curtains and clock radios. In-room massages, hypo-allergenic bedding, and irons/ironing boards can be requested. Housekeeping is provided daily.

“Will be back!”
I was very sore from snowmobiling all day and the room that was booked was on the second floor. The front desk staff, without me asking, told me they had a room available on the first floor. NO STAIRS!!!! They checked us in as fast as they could seeing how cold I was. I wil most definetly returned to this hotel, just to enjoy it, my husband can do all the snowmobiling he wants!
“Wonderful Hotel”
The hotel was very nice. It had 2 resturants in it, with decent prices. The service was great, we got a phone call the first night from the front desk just making sure everything was alright. I was very happy with this hotel and I would stay here again.

Got my reservation off Expedia, and was very happy with the quality of the hotel and its location, all for a very reasonable price.

The hotel is fun and family oriented. There are tons of activities on-site and in the local community.

The Cranberry is a wonderful place to stay. I will be staying there again in a couple of months. I would recommend the resort to anyone!
“Very clean and the staff extremely helpfull and friendly.”
The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are very friendly. The pool area is perfect for children as it is not too deep and staff check regularly to see who is in it. The location is close to Blue Mountain and downtown Collingwood. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is travelling in the Collingwood area. My parents also stayed with us and they had a problem with the room, the maintenance crew came immediately and fixed the problem. Overall it was a great stay and I would do it again. The hotel was very quiet at night. The lounge entertainment was very good as well, played the songs the people wanted to hear.
“Good if a little worn”
Good service, great beds, clean but signs of wear and tear on walls, bath fixtures.
“Good side and bad side to this resort”
Front Desk people were rude and ignored me. They waited in 3 people that came up after me. We had to wait for a room. There is a section of the hotel that is older. The rooms there are dirty and it smells musty (at least the room we were in). The bed was very clean, however. The indoor pool area needs to be torn down. That whole section of the hotel needs to be redone. However, after hearing my complaints, the general manager (Jennifer), upgraded us to a condo suite at no charge. That was excellent. This other building was great as was the room. So I must say that they fixed the problem after learning about all the problems we expereinced. The outdoor pool and bike rental area was really nice. I enjoyed the part of the trip while in the nicer room. They also gave us a $50 dinner voucher at their property. So kudos to them for stepping up to the plate. I never expected that kind of reaction. I would stay again, only making sure to stay in the newer buildings.
“Check Out Policy”
We had so much fun at Cranberry Golf Resort, there were so many fun things to do around resort, If the resort could add one hour extended check out on their 11am check out policy, then Everything would be perfect.
“Good value.”
Club Cranberry condos are very convenient, spacious and clean. I would also like to try the Waterfront condos the next time we visit.
