Booked 3 nights, had to check out early to go to another hotel due to finding a live bedbug crawling in bed in the morning. Took the photo to the front desk, they refunded our remaining stay and previous night. Had to waste a day of vacation washing all our luggage/belongings at laundromat as well as cleaning out our car. Hotel was very run down, dirty. Breakfast was awful. Only booked this hotel because we book frequently at a County Inn Suites in another state for regular sports tournaments and never had an issue. They are definitely not all the same! Will never use any brand of Choice Hotel again.

This hotel was very bad in all aspects. The rooms were dirty and unkept. The rooms smelled like smoke (the sheets and the beds specifically). It was muggy which I am assuming there was some molding. The walls were paper thin and you could hear your neighbors conversation verbatim. The beds were so hard you could feel the bed springs inside. Very unpleasant environment. The pictures on Expedia are really false advertising and do not display how the rooms actually look. Conditions were so unbearable that i ended up checking out early and requesting a refund. Please find another hotel to stay in before considering this one.

The room and furniture felt tired. The first room smelled very bad of smoke but they helpfully moved me to another room which smelled better. The staff was all very pleasant to deal with.

Although the rooms were to be smoke free, the entire building smelt of old cigarettes. The bathroom tile was cracked and loose, stains in the sink and tub, stains on the chair, refrigerator didn’t work, knob missing from the microwave, and the key stopped working because the staff accidentally cut my reservation a day short in their system. The staff were very nice and friendly though but definitely will not stay there again.

Check in was easy and quick. The room was ok. TV out dated. It was only one bath towel, 2 face rags & 2 face towels. The toilet had a crack in it. Had to put the chair under the door knob because it was too much space between the door and lock. The TV remote barely worked.

The bathroom door was broken and would not shut properly, the bathroom faucet was also not fixed properly. The carpet was dirty and should definitely not be walked on without slippers. Very limited breakfast options with only a few items to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful so I appreciated that.

I was appalled at the cleanliness (or should I say lack of). The lobby’s upholstered furniture was so dirty I didn’t even want to sit on it. Our room wasn’t ready so we asked if there was a common bathroom we could use. …it was filthy. The hotel has an odor to it as well. The elevator had 3 different spills in it and the stainless steel looked like a two year old did finger painting on it. Our room was just as bad. To say it was cleaned with any type of industry standards is false. Hair all over the bathroom floor…mirrors filthy.. dusting was only done on the middle areas of tables. Extremely disgusted. I understand it’s not a luxury hotel, but cleanliness is expected. Will definitely not stay there again and not sure how anyone could give this hotel a rating of anything over a 1. Staff however was very friendly and helpful.

The room was in disrepair. Holes in the bathroom door. Ceiling had holes and terrible patch jobs. Entrance door look was also damaged. Maid service did not arrive on the 3rd day like they said. Breakfast left alot to be desired. Eggs and sausage were always cold. Very little fresh fruit, not well maintained trash was spilling over.No water in the gym for 3 of 5 days we were there. When we were checking in there was a customer requesting their money back. Once I walked in the room I noticed why. If I could have gotten a refund I would have also checked out. Extremely disappointed that Expedia recommended this hotel.
