“Can't wait to go back”

“Very accomodating staff!”

I had an excellent experience. The room was more than I expected, the staff super friendly and accomodating. The hotel was easy to get into, parking area was close and well lit. The hotel restaurant was nice and again, the wait staff was friendly and helpful.

“I was very impressed and would stay there again”

I was very pleased with my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The personnel were very courteous and helpful. The overall appearance of the hotel was very impressive. It was very clean, very comfortable, and very safe. I travelled with my sister, and she was very delighted with the hotel as well. Should I ever return to Washington, DC, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

“Convenient for family trip”

I am very familiar with the surrounding area because I have a family member nearby. Therefore, staying at the hotel was very convenient. Parking wasn't a problem because I had been there before. However, I feel for those who don't know where else to park. Parking price is a little too steep, I think. It just depends on your comfort level. I walked everywhere. Overall good experience, except I don't like the fact that dogs are allowed. Someone complained about barking dog, although I never heard one. I did see one on the last day, however. Room was clean and employees were friendly.

“Lovely Weekend”

Everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly. The staff was very accomodating. The restaurant food was good, however, the service in the restaurant was very slow. It appeared that the staff were doing "double-duty" (i.e. bartender doubled as a server. But I have had much worse service elsewhere.

“Good option for visiting DC”

Convenient location for visiting area of Catholic University and National Shrine. Nothing in their immediate area but this was a short drive away. Parking available in basement garage. Walking distance to Panera's in the morning.

“Excellent Experience”

“Loved it”

THe hotels elevators require guest to have thier keys at nite, if not you cant ride the elevator. I will stay there again.
