Our boys (3 & 5yrs) said it is the "best holiday house EVER!" and did not want to leave. We stayed three nights in a 2bedroom apartment. It was the perfect home away from home and had everything we needed. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and clean, the location was fantastic and staff was friendly. Only downside was the parking spaces were a little tight. But We will definitely be back.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartment which was clean and spacious. The beach front location was excellent. The communication from the hotel was excellent and after-hours check-in process was very easy. I will look to stay here again in my next visit to Coffs Harbour.

We stopped in here on our way home from QLD. It was nice and modern and comfortable. We would definitely consider again if we were planning a longer term stay in Coffs.

Lovely stay!
It was perfect, short drive into coffs for dinner. Beach is so closeeeee. Nice walk around to the next beaches!

3 night solo getaway
Had a 3 night solo stay in room 2, a 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. Queen + single bed in bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom. Rollaway bed available in lounge/dining area. Full size kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave for easy meal preparation. Nice patio area to have breakfast surrounded by a tropical oasis overlooking the pool area. BBQ & kitchen facilities in pool area was clean & tidy. Easy walk to beach. Good wi-fi. Will definitely return.

Excellent communication from manager for late check in. Room was lovely. Beach feel. Clean unit with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. We also appreciated a one night stay was available. Lovely wild beach.

Property was excellent and we loved we could hear the waves from the beach in our room. Great thoughtful touches in the room like paper towel and cling wrap and a blanket on the lounge to curl up with. We will definitely be back

Close to beach and beach/headland walks. Whilst not within walking distance, all other facilities such as shopping, restaurants, cafes and patrolled beaches are within short drive. Facilities provided by accommodation are excellent with pool, BBQ/kitchen. Management friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The room was clean spacious and well laid out for our short stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing and the pool was well-utilized by the whole family when we returned each day. The on-site wifi availability was fast and reliable which was great due to the lack of mobile reception in the area for our carrier. Well done Smugglers!

Learn to talk nicely when you do not know person's health situation . Be professional and not personal when someone breaks something by mistake and they are happy to pay. Do not keep making hypothetical claims about what could have happened . You made my very sad day sadder reception lady . Whole trip was so good and you just added sour flavour to my pudding.

Hi MinakshiThank you for your review. To clarify, you fail to mention how close you were to setting your apartment kitchen on fire, by leaving the apartment and complex with food cooking on top of the stove. On gaining entry to your apartment, with the smoke alarm activated and thick black smoke engulfing the apartment we do not believe in hypotheticals - the situation could very easily have gotten out of hand. Luckily staff were on site at the time to prevent the situation escalating.

The beach is very close, and beautiful. The property photos are deceptive. Everything looks larger than it is. But, nice family holiday place.

The property is very well positioned, close to the beach on a very quiet street. I wasn’t impressed with the apartment , it was probably the one with the least privacy, next to the stairwell where everyone could look inside. The bathroom was very small and didn’t have shower gel. Very expensive for what it offered.

Lovely apartment and decor. Big unit. All facilities provided. Would love to come stay again. Only issue was driveway into carpark was very low and my car kept scratching on bottom unfortunately its a low car.

Great location, clean and comfortable. For the price good value. Only issue is that internet access is very poor/useless. I needed to do some work online so this was a hassle, so would recommend for a break just not if you need to go online and work.

Property was great for my young family of 5. We absolutely loved our stay. Would have loved to have used the pool but it was freezing. Kids did love the kid sized pool. Room was beautiful, laundry room was a great inclusion ☺️

This little gem, tucked away just metres from Korora Beach, is a friendly, delightful little low key resort. The apartments are spacious and airy, with ocean sounds drifting in to create a beautiful ambience and make for a very peaceful stay. An outdoor area with pool, dining setting, refrigerator and BBQ area are all kept in pristine condition and highly are serviceable. If you enjoy peace and quiet in a gorgeous natural setting whilst having the amenities to feel very comfortable and capable in a home away from home, I highly recommend Smugglers.

Holiday on the beach.
We had a lovely stay. The incessant rain only dampened our stay a little as we always had dry comfortable place to come back to. The inclusions were exceptional and service and staff very professional and friendly. Would definitely return.

Our ground floor apartment was roomy with two big bedrooms and a well equipped full kitchen. Nice outlook from private area at the rear and close to the pool. 2 minute walk to the beach. Friendly staff. A very enjoyable stay.
