“Friendly, clean, convienent”
We love the atmosphere and convinence of this hotel!
“Huge Views - Outstanding Customer Srvice”
Excellent location for 38th Anniversary short-weekend! My wife, an accountant, works long hard hours tax season. Anniversary falls 10 days before insanity ends! Knowing it is impossible to get away during the week, once sure she could squeeze a half-day off Saturday and all day Sunday, I searched for a place to stay. A few sites on Expedia fit the bill, & using process of elimination matched 3 choice in the "Unpublished Rates" the regular listings (ammenities). While registering, I mentioned our stay was quick getaway in celebration of our 38th anniversary. Staff immediately upgraded our "unpublished rate room" to a river view suite with two person jacquizi tub! Hotel was "lightly" booked - but WOW! Later I learned this hotel gave my brother an upgrade years back when he got away for a birthday celebration ( July 4th). Hotel was near full then as an over-the-river fireworks display is visible from river side facilities.These guys know what customer service is all about. Extra large windows in our room and a small balcony simply added a huge touch to our stay, views of the river on arrival mid-afternoon, again at sunset while having desert in the lounge and the following morning at breakfast were phenominal! Menu selections were excellent, both in presentation & taste & price was reasonable, especially with the 10% off coupon provided at check-in for one meal! Definitely a "go back to" place - not something I say very often.
“Loved it...”
We loved the location right on the Spokane River very close to Lake Couer d'Alene.. Great restaurants close by.. We took a boat out on the River and right into the lake... Thursday nights great buffett dinner and music.. Had a great time and loved it...
“Beautiful setting”
I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Templins is on the river - beautiful setting. The restaurant is great, so is the service. There is a fitness center and indoor pool. Rooms are always clean, well decorated and comfortable.
